Got 3.5 hours seat time running the bush hog yesterday...failed at outrunning the wind when jibing and running...got a dust shower over and over. Hate that. Still don't want a cab.

65 in Columbia sc
this should be an interesting day, driving up through center of SC, NC and then into VA, all on byways with a million turns shown by the gps, and crummy weather to boot. Will simply follow the gps. The main road out of Columbia rt 77 is totally closed due to bridge work, so I have to work my way around the city. Have visions of getting seriously lost. Trying to get out early this morning before rain starts. Might have bit off more than I can chew today, will see if I make it to Roanoke on time for lunch with Buppies. After an 8 hour day yesterday, getting a little worn down.

ok, for sure, sunrise, not sunset. Just checking to see if anyone would notice...

The nice thing is that of the driving gets too rough you won’t have to look for a motel - just a Walmart Parking Lot.

Good morning Part II

Hard to try when you have an active puppy!

right now he is snuggled up next to mommy, generally ingnoring the thunder. We just had a lightning strike about /4 mile away, nothing. Bailey is normally frantic by now, but I guess she refuses to be shown up by the newcomer, and is laying there panting a bit but not whining like she normally would.

Thursday I took down four trees at the woodlot where we will put the shed - now we just need to get someone to pull the stumps/grade/gravel. Glad I got it done before all the windy weather. I do have one more big pine just behind where the shed will go to take down, but the chain was getting dull and my spares were in the other vehicle, and I was not going to try felling a 20” dia pine without a good sharp chain.

I am rethinking trying to work on the tiller transmission without fully separating the halves. I think I will get out the angle grinder and bevel the end of the wheel shaft so that it will pass through the bearing on the cover and make sure everything gets put together properly as opposed to just hoping

Yup, they have no incentive to advance a low offer if they think they could make more. You would like to think that the buyer’s agent is working for you, but……

Just the opposite here,2" sloppy snow falling from the trees hitting head than running down the back,also hitting arm than ends up side of your face like this morning.

Good news on the wife's endoscopy! No issues found other than the acid reflux we already new about! She was told to continue the meds for 2 more months to check on improvement and we will go from there. Yay!
