Just curious, Drew, I think I remember you saying the owner of the land you leased as passed on, right? If so, how does that impact the status of the lease? Maybe the numb skull on the tractor that keeps running your markers over has an agreement with whoever is owning/managing the property, and that is the source of the problem?

I'm sure the drunk farmer told him nothing but after I went over all this clearly the first time he did it,
coming back and pulling out the same markers I told him were legal lease markers, the man is just stupid.
This is the same guy who blew corncobs all over my newly acquired land the first year I bought some neighboring farmland. I had to rake it up with the tractor, amazing amount of junk, and had corn growing in there, in my nut orchard, for years. The man is a menace.
