Rain has passed. Wasn't much
30º going to 57 today - full force winter for us

Ran out to the barn early and put the diesel heater on in the workshop. Was 50º inside so should not take long to heat up. Will be adding some used motor oil to the diesel fuel for the (Chinese) diesel heater today. Got 3 gal well used oil from the 3.2 Powerstroke last weekend. I'll add it slowly and see how it goes. 62°F and no rain

And I start week 2 of light duty. A bit disappointed but more knowledgeable. Dr explained that I have stitched I can see, internal at brows. Explains that pain. Bending and lifting puts those at risk and it takes 2 weeks before body is healed enough. Also explains why my brows are so sensitive and painful. Guess I missed that part of explanation earlier and more aware of what I could see. Incentive to behave I guess as popping internal stitches would NOT be a good thing.

Slept in half an hour to celebrate

No idea ... but TBN was having issues with image display recently.

And I have seen some further issues with that ... even after it was supposedly resolved IIRC.

The image I posted today was taken with my iPhone ... but it was transferred over to the desktop (Mac mini) and edited (resized) in Preview and then uploaded.

cat8 cable I ordered, good for 40 Mbps and heavier gauge not working for the hdmi extender. So I ordered yet another cable to try.

51f and sunny now, only 32 more days until spring.

Its certainly been a strange winter. We are on our third mini-mud season.

Check, What are the attachments that the canoe is resting on? Considering hauling a kayak but have a (4 door) short bed also. Ok on the highway ?

70 people at the whole food plant based meeting today, we are really growing. We made the cover of the local magazine and a lot of the people who saw the article came out for heart month.

Where do you plug the battery in?

I can’t find a TBN app (for an iPhone or iPad) in the App Store, what is it called? I use Tapatalk which might be my problem.

Looks like basic foam gunwale blocks and ratchet straps through thendoor openings…

After years of standard WHs, we went with a condensing tankless propane WH. It's 199K BTU, 98% efficiency. The venting is PVC pipe. We will never go back to a tank WH. It's really nice to never run out of hot water....

The hot water heater came back to life and water is hot again. The pilot is lit and look normal. Guess it could be an intermittent problem with the thermocouple. Will monitor to see if it was a fluke.

66F and sunny with lots of wind @ 17:00, high temp today in Akron was 71F which was a record.

Glue up done on blank for handles, bottom for the portable downdraft sanding table trimmed and glued into the sides:

Missed the alignment on one end by about 1/16th, either the glue was starting to set up or the plywood was just so warped it didn't want to move in the groove. The dados on the top aren't quite wide enough to accomodate the full 2 x 4 sheet of pegboard either ... but I can probably fix that later. Close enough for what it is though.

Some additional clean up and organizing done out there, plus air nailers and crown stapler hauled up from the basement.

Also hauled down a bunch of stuff from upstairs to the basement.

Woman fixed the leftover sausage patties, a couple of eggs and toast for lunch. Hit the spot ...

Starting to run out of steam, going to head out and refill the feeders, then probably grab a shower and call it a day.
