Mostly, it’s 21 miles to mission bbq here, 1.6 less miles than va.

We are 20-30 minutes from most things here, except work is 60 minutes. Things might actually be closer from the lot.

Bought turbocad tonight. A little more awkward than autocad or microstation. But with help from google, I was able to create a copy of the plat and got all lines dimensioned properly. All lines entered with length, and degree-minute-seconds for angles.
I bought a bundle that includes symbols and training, although they have a lot of online training.
On the survey, the last line I entered said ~ to the end point. On CAD it was within .1”, that’s pretty darn good closure.
And turbocad will open my old microstation and autocad drawings.

After creating a turbocad account, they sent me back an email with my account name and PASSWORD in the email. How stupid of them. I sent back an email Really? I promptly changed the password. I was expecting another email with the new password but didn’t get one.

I also downloaded openVPN to set up on the church computer, once that is set, I’ll be able to securely VPN to the network, then I’ll remove RDP from the router forwarding. For now I disabled remote connections.

55° right now...high in the mid-60's. Had a really nice soaking rain last night...don't know how late it rained. Supposed to get more today (I hope).
Wife has Covid and, although I don't think Her's is as severe as mine was, she's feeling poorly. If stepdaughter can't stay home with her, I guess I will...

BTW, still positive and infectious....up to 2 weeks after one is supposedly well. Be aware of that...

good morning all
Roy, hope you and your family all get better soon.

like many of us, watched the funeral for awhile.
several small things got my attention....look at all the horse poop they had to drive through....
and wow, can you imagine the dry cleaning bill for this whole event? Those uniforms are amazing.

I loved the way the one young Royal lady, Princess something, aged seven?, was constantly correcting her little brother on keeping his hands by his
side and looking "proper". The love for the late Queen is clear.
Kudos to the King for making that long walk

warmer weather coming in, two nice days and then rain, and then turning colder.

putting the leaf bagger on the lawn mower will be today's project. It's that time...

65 outside this AM, heading to mid 80's.

Looks to be another day to whack down the grasses. Got the big pasture fence line tamed, inside and out. Three tanks of gas, two trimmer string replacements and two gatorades. Not bad. LOL.

Need to cut back some trees today for the mower.

Mostly, he is coming after me. Issue is no final figures were provided and what was proposed (over 5 months ago) does not match what insurance will cover.

Hope all have a good day. Be safe, safe travels and get healthy. Across the board!
