Good morning!!!!

   / Good morning!!!! #155,181
lovely day out, breezy, sunny, warm but not hot
been on the go for awhile but time to regroup.
Foam insulation boards bought, tightly squeezed 8 foot boards in, got them downstairs.
Got vacuum downstairs. need to rest before attacking that.

got new fuel filter installed on Gravely and installation sticker affixed.
Ball is back on hitch very tightly using an 18 inch adjustable wrench.
new rear reflectors installed. That finished my list. Plus another coat of 303 and a shot of carnauba on the hood
and the old girl is tarted up for a few more miles.
Popgadget sure gets an attaboy on this one. He adjusted the choke cable, the brakes and had it running like a fine watch.
If there's ever anyone who wants their engine to keep running, it's a pilot... ;)

went to get a cherry tomato and had to go back in for basket. Nice little haul today.

I went in for Pneumonia on second my kidneys had shown a major decline. They basically crashed overnight, now I’m a dialyses patient three days a week.
Drew, his last post was July 22nd answering Sodamo's concerns.
8-2-1952 - 8-14-2022 May he Rest In Peace. Prayers for his family.

RIP Randy!
He was definitely too young to leave us.

The mailbox comments are deja vu, having just rebuilt mine and making a new post. It was built out of heavy gauge (10?) steel and lasted about 30 years before the bottom rusted through. After looking what was available, I decided to cut the bottom out and replace it with a piece of stainless. Post is 3” sched 80 pipe with flanges to attach it to the piece set in concrete and down 36”. I posted pictures of it along the way.

Drew you will not have any issue with the weight of the water on the foam, it’s distributed over a large area. Concrete is routinely poured over sheets of foam.

Good (Thursday) morning. The overnight Low was a balmy 12C, there's a slight wind and it's overcast calling for afternoon/evening rain. The High may make 17C. Today is the "Official" first day of Spring as Aus goes by calendar, not solstice/equinox.

Of course the coming first week of Spring will be Winter-like conditions. 😄

The drive out to Pyengana (for cheese) was great... no traffic ahead of me there and back.

That's about it, take care all.

Very sad about Randy. I’m sitting here crying, and I never met him in person but wanted to. He loved his family and grand children. Prayers for Ellen.
RIP Toppop
