25° now, but was nice working outside. No wind.

Checked all the Subaru brakes, and decided not to change any pads yet. Backs getting close, but can wait. Fronts not even close to needing changed. Wished I’d checked before buying brakes.

Stocked pellets on porch. Played barn tetris in the process, shuffling stuff around.

Started cleaning out old firewood from behind my shed. Cut a tote cage to put the good wood in. My corded sawzal wouldn’t run, had to use hacksaw.

After having old fence posts sitting in my old burn pit for years, finally burned it today. Kept adding rotten wood from the woodshed that wasn’t worth keeping. Need to go out soon and add more wood, that old stuff burns down fast. Was fun working outside in the cold, but am tired now. Got the woodpile about half cleaned out. Been wanting to do this many winters now, finally got started.

Good Evening.
It’s 22 now, the high was 28 with clear skies.

Yesterday’s adventure to Ogdensburg was interesting. It was -22f, they said that it was well below -30 when they started in the morning. We dropped passengers off and went to Burlington where it was only -4 until we got the call to come back and pick them up. We were able to get the plane put in a heated hangar, so it was nice and comfy when we got into it. Considering that Ogdensburg is right on the St Lawrence, and has been at 30 below for a while, I can’t imagine that it isn’t frozen solid.
When I got home it was 40 degrees warmer that where I left from, but still a frigid 20.

Today, I took care of some maintenance on the plane that I’m taking to Hilton Head Tomorrow. Other than that, I kept myself busy in the shop, had a nice visit from son and grandson, gonna have something to eat, put my feet up and watch a movie.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 19° with light snow this morning. Heading to 22° with partly cloudy skies. Ended up having visitors yesterday. Did not get to shop cleaning and film scanning. Going to visit my aunt today. She moved to a assisted living home last week.
While getting out everything to put on squirrel baffle looked out window to see sky was full of color.

Mostly, I have 5 squirrel baffles of different types. So far they have all worked for me. I have no feeders hanging from or near tree limbs.

Prayers and best wishes for everyone.

Good Morning All.

Nice pic Ron.

18° bit warmer than yesterday morning, might get above freezing today.

Woke up because of slight leg cramp. Then neighbors dogs barking.

Mostly, kept kitty in cab to keep it out of my way. Was turning tractor around to swap bucket for forks. It left after that, but would return periodically to check on things. Even climbed up on the shed roof.
After all the steps I did yesterday I passed on my exercise bike yesterday.
