OK Bad pic. What is the object that resembles a H on the left of the number of hours on the dash? It flashes about once a second. The only lights that flashed on my Kubota were when a service maintenance was due and could be reset to stop blinking. This H blinks but no way to reset it if is indeed a reminder light. My second thought is that it is the second hand on the hour meter -blinking once every second.

David, she doesn't know me well enough to potentially tie up her asset that long, or tie up her kid's assets
since she is near 80. She has 19 total tenants in unknown units. Best I could get now is improvements/upgrades to house
like a new electric panel that would support my hoped for hot tub.
Looks like I'll need to hit the lottery before I can afford any land and woods of my own in this area.
But that's ok, I sure had my fun in NC...

Drew, I’m betting with your background you could come up with a proposal that would satisfy her concerns and protect you.
With a Life Estate she could get her $$ up front, have no expenses during rest of her life, her kids ensured of their inheritance. I bet you’d even know how to add an insurance policy to alleviate any fears.
Part of what I see this being attractive to you is possibility of getting in at a reasonable price and not have to be concerned about future disposition.

Maybe your lawyer brother write it up formally?

Jet stream took BIG dip last 24 hours now 12F clear sky winds finally settle down,most of the day windchill hover around 3F.

Took short walk about lots of branches/limbs come spring clean up.
Another sign of spring today highway department posted road weight for 6 tons only.

Mrs. planning to cook bratwursts over wood hot coals in her wood furnace all left just pile on the fixings.
Next to nothing plan for this evening just feet up might share ice cream.

Funny, My wife and I have started taking Vitamin D3 etc and she had to go for a blood test last week. The Dr looked at the results and said, "hmm, are you taking Vitamin D?" She laughed and said yes. It showed up as a 70 in the results.
