Ron, mowers in the queue. Had to order a piece of 1/4” steel for the Craftsman. New belt for Scag arrived Monday.

39 now, 32 was the low, very windy with bright sunshine. Supposed to have some 60’s next week, we will see. We are in meteorological spring after all. Too cold and windy to work outside, might fire up the heater and work on a Nativity scene that got twisted in the wind in December. Wire frame and fabric covering.

Day three days after my second Moderna, pretty much all the minor soreness is gone from my arm, much better all around than the first one was.

My good friend and former employee is bringing a leather chair by for me to finish, he’s learning that leather isn’t cloth, and requires a different skill set.

I’m trying to decide what to make for dinner. Might do a homemade pizza.

Have a good day.

Another sign of spring. I saw the John Deere dealers service rig in our neighborhood. I bet it ain't cheap to get your mower serviced for spring but there is something to be said for having someone else do the work.

Drew, you looking to purchase from landlady? Wonder if you could get a lifetime lease?
I asked, she doesn't want to sell. So we discussed a 5 year lease.

David, she doesn't know me well enough to potentially tie up her asset that long, or tie up her kid's assets
since she is near 80. She has 19 total tenants in unknown units. Best I could get now is improvements/upgrades to house
like a new electric panel that would support my hoped for hot tub.
Looks like I'll need to hit the lottery before I can afford any land and woods of my own in this area.
But that's ok, I sure had my fun in NC...

3 degrees right now...wind has died down, but it was really gusting a while ago...looks like about an inch of snow overnight. High at 22 today

Still have a password problem. TBN is not accepting the password I've used since I joined 20 years back...so, trying to use the "forgotten password" link, but the confirmation e-mails never arrive. TBN admin has been trying to help, but so far, no joy

Curious, how can you post if not signed in?

RedNeckGeek there are truths, lies and everything in between about Covid-19 and most other health concerns out there. Actually there is no settled Covid-19 science from any source today. Years ago I earned an OD degree and it was heavy into pharmacology because prescribing meds was a new thing for Optometry at that time. My wife is still working as a pharmacist and mentioned a couple weeks ago how much misinformation is in the medical community about Covid-19. Thankful the more I read the better my BS detector becomes hopefully.

When it comes Vit D3 usage google about the usage of Vit K2, Magnesium and Boron as it relates to Vit D3 and keeping arteries clear so we have good blood flows. I feel 5K to 20K of Vit D3 generally is safe. Ask your doctor for a Vit D. blood level test which is not very expense in my view.

I do get a general physical each year where they test my Vit D and other levels. Making it to 70 and having been Rx meds free since 2004 is not common I am told each year. I think I would have been bed fast if not dead had I not changed my way of eating in 2014. I have been racked in pain since age 20 due to the Ankylosing Spondylitis but am relative pain free today but move around like a manikin with little movement and no head movement. Now that I have made it to 70 and getting better each year at this point in time I am inviting few more people to my 110th birthday bash.

I really have to stay out of car accidents to see that as a real possibility and why I could use a Tesla with FSD. SS payments start in 3 weeks but not enough for Tesla payments. We are going to get serious on rebuilding our 2016 Nissan Leaf EV that got totaled by a kid who ran a red light shearing 18" off the nose but missed the front wheels and still drives out well after we got the front cap stripped off. Nissan had just replaced the battery with a new larger one with 150 miles of range that they said was $13,000.00 including labor is the reason I bought back after it was totaled 4 months ago.

Best of success in these times.
