She may be coming home tomorrow. She has to watch her water intake (which doesn't make any sense to me) and cut the salt down a lot. She is British and what Brit doesn't put a lot of salt on their fries.

I thought the Brits ate chips.

The Fantic belonged to a friend that I used to ride and compete with. Back then I rode a Montessa 348. When he passed about 5 years ago his family gave me the Fantic which had been sitting neglected in a shed for decades. I made a winter project out of putting it back on its feet. Yup that痴 my grandson.
I feel guilty about my internet speed, I知 rural and a quarter mile from the road, Verizon ran fiber back to me at no charge other than the monthly service.

Chips=fries. Either way she puts way too much salt on them. We also do scallops, and they are well salted down too.

10 right now...high in the low 20's. My neighbor (guy who's driveway I normally plow when he's not in Vermont) did my drive and walks. He has a big (36-42 inches would be my estimate) walk behind snow blower. However, he did the job a little to early, so I had 2-3 inches to clear when I got home. Based upon what was on the hood of the tractor, I'd say we got around 5" of powder. Couple more inches predicted later this week...more next week...

Morning all!
11 out for me going to high 20's. Need to go out and clean up the 4-5 inch snow from yesterday and last night. Wife is heading to work today so have to be cleaned up before 6.
Her new car is all wheel drive for our winter weather. I would rather move to some where warm but that won't happen any time soon.
Lot's of small jobs to do today.

9 now highs in the upper 20’s and sunny today.
Like Roy and Phil have around 5” of the white stuff to clean up this morning, not bad to deal with.
Not much else planned for today maybe get started on taxes if I can get the motivation lol.

Going to keep coffee good and hot this morning. -0° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 22° with overcast skies. Pulled all the cabinets out away from walls in sewing room. Cleaned behind them. Then put them back in place. That was enough for the day. Off to get my second vaccine shot this morning. Then stop at township offices and pay winter taxes. Not sure what else I will get done.
Snow, frost and a little color in sky. When I went out to take picture I found out how much snow has accumulated. Way over top on my boots that I had not tied. Got a full load of snow inside of boots.

39 and that’s about the high, rain moves in later looks like about a week of winter weather of some type coming up. Hopefully they come to work on well today bathroom getting harder to do in the cold and those late night pees wow for the wake up

32 outside this AM, heading to lower 40's. Snow moving in for the next few days starting this evening.

Good morning! 11 now, 25 later. Chance of snow this evening. Seems the predictions for the frigid air this weekend has been moderated some.

I came to the conclusion that sitting around in my pajamas near the woodburner improves my productivity. Seems like it is tough to get anything done in the office....too many interruptions.

Had an interesting meeting with my boss yesterday. Lots of changes coming. Biggest effect on me, is I am going to be pretty much full time trainer. Due to promotions, reorganizing, etc., going to have several new people. He asked me if I wanted to start discussing a contract position for after I retire. He admitted they had no idea how much I did until I wasn稚 there and missed my knowledge and guidance.

Made BBQ chicken salad for dinner last night....was good.

It is odd Ron, I used to drink too much coffee. Since I was sick, I am only having 2 - 3 cups/day now.
