RNG, not exactly an outbuilding, but sorta
IMG_0656.JPG

The end of garage building, on end next to kitchen, has laundry on one side, bathroom the other, pantry in middle. Separated from the main building by 8 ft but covered by extended roof.

Good job on the hydraulics. 🤙🤙

Sorry TMobile didn’t work out. Tenant said their TMobile was extended to Jan and they are working with 4GAS on trying AT&T.

Ted, that sux re Walmart. I’d be tempted to speak to manager or email Corp.

Our Safeway is notorious for $ discrepancies, wife is always checking and returns to CS for correction (refund)

45°F and cloudy this morning, going up to 55° today. Chance for some rain later today, and into tomorrow.

When we remodeled, we moved the washer and dryer upstairs to the space between the kitchen and the sunroom. There's no floor drain there. Hmmm ... you have us all rethinking things, David.

Don’t know how I let no drain get by me. Being slab I can’t really redo. Actually, 3 main regrets about this house are all plumbing related. No laundry room drain. When I realized the toilet should have been located differently than plan, plumber said it would be too hard. The only water shut off is at the pump whereas I’d prefer to have at each building. All slab stuff, so have to live with it.

Did you try Quakertown?

didn't have to Paul, got lucky, Flemington had one left, new in a box (I asked...).
They said they would hold it for me for one hour if I could get there.
Took back route through Stockton to Flemington, 523 is a lovely road, but wouldn't want to dodge deer on it at night.
Saw was all ready for me and they helped me load it in car.
Then I took 202/179 down to Lambertville so I could get gas at Heath's.

Installed my Freud Diablo finishing blade, tested it, definitely makes the lights flicker on the 20 amp service to garage, but it worked nicely.
By then I was tuckered out and called it a day.
Rubber anti fatigue mat came in, laid that out, and will go work in garage tomorrow.

nestbox-plans-for-bluebirds
lots of great ideas here RS, thank you.
now...to me these are birdhouses. Is a nest box a fancy name for a birdhouse?
Mine will have a hinged trap door floor with a pin in the side for cleaning.

Porch work electric is all done! This electrician knows customer service. Very happy, wife is happy.

Basically rewired front of house, again. LOL. I ended up with four power outlets on the porch. Two in the walls and one each on the roof support beams. Christmas lights!

And lights! And fans!

Now I can work in the dark and not sweat. LOL.

RNG - Water polo ponies did not go over well.
David - Happy Birthday.

Time to take out another porch "wall" and get the decking going on that side.

Always nice to have progress to enjoy, Rip. Sounds like that electrical work will be.
