Well, circulation in both legs is good...thankfully. My left leg is considerably more muscular then my right...the left left does most of the work, right leg pretty much goes along for the ride. Doc wants me to go to physical therapy to build up strength and muscle mass.

Got the phone (Motorola Moto G7) paired with the tractor's radio...but the app on the phone doesn't connect. Music plays fine through the radio's speakers, but the app should also be able to control the radio/CD player functions. Not super important, but I'd like to see if I can get full functionality.
For a tractor, this (Jensen Heavy Duty) radio and speakers sound pretty good!

I've had a lot of cramp problems and after poo-pooing the idea for a long time I finally tried the mustard thing that has been talked about before and it works like a charm for me. When I first started I had the Grandkids snag me a few of the packets at the burger joint and after seeing how well it worked my wife found some on Amazon and I keep a small bowl on my night stand. Worth a try and yess I tried the Dr. way first with no help at all. Just the plain old yellow Kraft mustard.

Good evening all. 48F for the start, mostly clear sky and light breeze. Wind kicked up quickly 15-25, More high clouds with heavy clouds to east, and high temp 74F. Men's Meeting this morning, then gopher harassment, used twice as much caster oil and dish soap to 1 gal of water, and found a tunnel with no dirt around it flushed a lot of water down it. bike ride, lunch, walk with wife, nap, then wash truck. Still need to clean windows and vacuum it.

Morning all!
45 here going to a sunny 58/59.
Rain gutter install went well at my sister's after a two day wait for wet weather.
Going to try and start on the paving project again today. Hopefully will have no more knee issues.
Looks like we have a nice stretch of good weather coming up so I will try to get a final cleanup of branches and leaves around here and the apartment house.
Still need to change over the mower to the blower at the apartment location.
Paver project is first though. Plow digs into the ground all winter in that area so I need to get it finished before snow flies.
Hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

good morning all
looks like most of us on East Coast are enjoying really nice weather, no rain here until next Wednesday.
currently a chilly 35 out, foggy morning, but clearing out and going up to 70 today in sunshine.

Roy, first time I heard of using mustard for cramps was right here, years ago, someone who kept a bottle of mustard in cab of tractor and had a teaspoon or two
when needed. Not sure I could eat it straight, good reason for a hot dog or burger to spread it on. I made salmon last night with a mustard glaze, very good.

friend coming over at lunchtime with my hemmed curtains, will be nice to get them up. Meanwhile I have some trips down to basement with boxes. Good exercise going up and down the stairs but have to do it carefully.

picked up clothes at drycleaners, boy I need to find another one with lower prices. I was paying 1.75 a shirt and 3.50 for pants in NC. Just about gagged when I got home and read the labels, 2.80 per shirt and 7.10 for pair of pants. That's just nuts. I don't care if I have known these folks for 50 years, not paying that for a pair of pants I'll spill something on almost immediately.
Good reason to wear blue jeans and keep the nice pants for church and other occasions. Nice to be retired and not have to "dress up" every day.

Phil, I'm sure you mentioned it before, but what are you paving? Not something most of us have the equipment for.

Sitting here enjoying my coffee and still pondering whether to shave this morning. I really like having a beard to keep me warm during the winter.
Just one more reason Covid is a pita. Maybe if I keep it extra short...?

Cloth face coverings and surgical masks do not require a seal to work, so beards and other facial hair should not impact their effectiveness as long as the face covering is worn properly. The coronavirus is spread through respiratory droplets, which originate from a person's respiratory system

ahhh, good. No shaving this morning.

Good morning folks

Stick/branch pick up got done yesterday.

Enjoy your day everyone

48 outside this AM. Heading to just short of 70. Nice.

Picked up the pace on the porch yesterday. More of the same today. Need to run back to the supplier. One strand of J-Channel looks to be from another manufacturer and is just short of being as wide as the others. Of course! That's two hours gone today.

On the mask and beard front, I always wear both. Trim the beard, not the mask. LOL. Find a nice mask that covers your nose and bridge it tight there. If you wear glasses and they fog, it is not tight enough. Me, no issues with a mask. But you have to find the "right" one.

Hope all have a good day today. Be safe.
