Wood stove chimney fires can
be very exciting...

Been there, done that twice. The first and last time I will ever have a chimney fire. The only time my stoves are not burning is in summer or when we all go out.

Comcast all done, got my new home phone number assigned, then he told me about free service Comcast recommends to eliminate robo calls/phone spam: nomorobo.com
But when he went to set it up for me and it wouldn't work...so he put in a work ticket for me. Nice to turn off wifi/Mifi but will keep it as backup. Will call Verizon and get data plan
reduced to minimum.

Looks to be a mowing day. Give the dogs area a run thru with the push mower then back on the tractor w flail. Need to squeeze in a run to the transfer station.

You ought to consider Comcast cell phone, it overlays Verizon so service is identical, I’ve had it over three years now. Average bill $28. Has been $40 twice and $15 once, for two lines.

I asked the guy about that, he said he thought it would save me 10 percent, which shows you how much Verizon is overcharging me because they aren't giving it to Comcast for free...

spending lots of time on phone, getting my week organized, trips to DMV, Board of Elections, furniture shopping with old friend (and his van...), grey drizzly day out, warming up a little tomorrow
family sent me welcome home flowers, nice of them. Flowers delivered by owner of Pod Shop, local florist I insured since day they opened almost 40 years ago.

Just off the phone with Brian at Fit Rite Hydraulics. We discussed the top'n'tilt issues I'm having with the leaky Kubota valves, and he's very familiar with them. He's putting a quote together for a new valve kit, as well as pricing some electric valves that are a possibility.

I sent him a link to a new video showing the replacement valves in action, so we'll see what he says about that as well.

I set up my new iPad today and had to download the new app, wouldn’t transfer the old one, but I don’t see any real difference.

Good evening! Still 67 and dry. Maybe some rain later.

Long day going to southern WV and back. But my belief the settings were wrong was right. Made some adjustments, spent some tome watching the customer mow the railroad right of way, then head home. Had to send some emails to get some other units fixed. Glad the sales guy drove. I am still tired.

We saw the aftermath of a truck accident on the northbound lanes of I-77 in WV. Semi went off the road and got on top of the concrete barrier. The trailer was reduced to rubble....all of the smoke got out of the cargo.

Think it will be an early night.

Local peaches are over. I never want it to end but the late peaches aren't quite as good as the mid season peaches.
