RNG, are you affected by California's rolling blackouts?

Brownouts are worse, very hard on compressors.
Learned about this after paying for new a/c unit in my boat, which overheated/compressor seized due to crappy shore power at old marina with
inadequate juice during hot summer afternoons. When I finally metered the receptacle, 108 volts, not good at all. Lowest utility readings I've seen at 5pm during summer
was 113 volts. I think at 110 volts might consider shutting off any compressors.
while there's no direct cost to low voltage (watts equals volts times amps) indirect cost can be huge.
