Drinking first cup of coffee. 67° with fog this morning. Heading to 85° with thunderstorm in PM. Got another .17" of rain over night. May get up to 1" today. Doorbell/camera is installed and working. Shopping is on list for today. Then back home and stay in out of weather.
Bluebird thinks it is hot out. All 3 of my birdhouses had nest in them. Bluebird, House Finch and Sparrow.

Drew, while my motorhome was larger than yours. Wife and I had no problems living in it for months at a time. But to full time would not be for me. I do not think that is your plan. Go for it. You can always find other accommodation when necessary/planned. I see friends that I met while traveling in ours moving from RV to sick and brick housing all the time.

Eric, great story.

Kyle, glad your daughter is feeling better. McCullough engine were 100cc and had to sell for less than $100. By the time you added clutch, muffler, mount and other accessories it was well over $200. This was in the 60's. I switch to Italian rotary valve engines after a year of the Mac's. Much faster and more reliable. Here is a link to Vintage Karting Association.

Don, I sure hope they come with something soon to help patients.

RNG, good to hear fire engine truck is working. I would have it stored in a building.

LS, good tractor upgrades.

David, still waiting on my Federal tax refund. Story is it is on the bottom of the pile of people that sent their paper tax return in after me.

Jay, sure hope Brogan got his bath.

Everyone stay healthy and safe.

Good Morning All.

77 outside this AM. I'll let you guess at what is next - yep....into the lower 90's again.

Things have started wilting. And long range forecast (for what it is worth)....10 days of mid 90's.

I have and will retreat to front porch duties for the next few weeks.

I need to make a trip into town, to go get my taxes. I owe...nothing new, but the disparity between the Fed and my State is so huge even my guys said "it sucked to be you".

LOL.

Belated b-day, Mostly. Hope you have many more.
Prayers for Jay and wife. Weaning, taking, changing meds...no fun...as you all know. Need that happy chemical and mental balance.

Hope all have a good weekend. Be safe.
TGIF!

good morning all
74 going to 93 today
still have moderate headache and upset stomach but can deal with it.

Found out there is a very nice rv campground about five miles away here in Greenville, out in country. Bradford Creek Coach & RV Center
If rv does not sell this week, will consider that as an alternative. At issue is cumulative effect of chemo, and
remaining safe to drive, but if only ten minute trip, should be ok. Rv is pretty small, but so is this assisted living space and
I would save a huge amount of money every month doing that. I've lived aboard a boat for three years so small spaces are not
a big issue, particularly if I have a comfortable seat to sit in. I would need to find a spot for this full size pc, working off a laptop was challenging
though many do it. Bigger keyboard and screen really make things better for me. Siblings think rv life is a bad idea, it's just too unusual for them.

iron and compact ironing board came in from Amazon yesterday, going to be domestic today and perhaps wind up less wrinkly...
otherwise a quiet day
hope your Friday is good and have some fun plans for weekend

A couple of suggestions for your computing problems,
a wireless key board and mouse could help.
Myself, I went with a 17" laptop several years ago and it has almost a full size keyboard and the full number key set on the right.
Good Luck.

I need to go get some Permatex #2 form a gasket (non-hardening). questionaire: What's your favorite gasket goop?

Up until Loctite 518 got such rave reviews, I was using ThreeBond 1209, Kyle. Never had a leak with it, and it comes off fairly easily with a ScotchBrite green pad like you use in the kitchen. I can also tell you that Gasket Cinch is a joke, at least for engine work, as gasoline and oil will dissolve it. Hylomar has a good reputation, but I've never been able to get it to seal cylinder bases on my air cooled engines.:2cents:
