Morning all

Rainy

MD now at 10 for max group size, closing malls.

Had 88% jump in cases, which I think is expected. Let’s see the trend in 2 weeks to reflect what we are doing now.

When I click that link, Ron, it comes up with a $44.99 price tag. Could TSC be charging different pric:confused2:es in different parts of the country?

Same here. On sale for $44.99.

I still prefer the RM43 for fence lines, etc.

Frosty this morning, daughter that lives with us has been told to get tested for CV-19 so she will have an interesting day..

I watched a video by a doctor at the county health department yesterday that detailed testing procedures. It all starts with collection of a sample, and that is only done at a health provider's office. Apparently there is a nationwide shortage of "virus transport media", and physicians have been instructed to only test people that are exhibiting symptoms of CoVid-19: Elevated temperature, coughing, and difficulty breathing. Testing for job safety purposes is expressly banned.

I think I would, too, even though out here it costs nearly twice as much.

Anxiously awaiting the kill off from last week's RM43 application, which was followed 24 hours later by rain every day since...

Good morning to all!
A little bit late posting.... low was at 31, luckily the rain blew away before it could turn to snow. About a 1/4 inch of rain last evening. There were winter storm advisories posted just north of here for up to a foot of snow, we were forecasted for a couple of inches. Glad it didn’t happen.
Temps back into the mid 60s for the weekend. The temp roller coaster ride does not help with those with illness for sure. As this low pressure system exits, we will have 50-60 mph winds today.

PJ, you are definitely “braver” than I would have been! It would have been full reverse gear for me! Good video for sure.

Jay, sorry to hear about the bed / compressor problems and the incompetence of the service people. Hopefully you will find a resolution. Our local grocery chain is also providing “senior hours” from 7-8am. I wonder if they are checking ID’s....

Drew, you may actually get more exposure now that a bunch of people are stuck at home... good luck with your sale.

I had to take max back to the vet yesterday afternoon. They were doing the same procedure as Wngsprd’s vet. Came out to the truck and took max inside, doc came out in a few, then tech brought max back out. Payment done over the phone. Seemed like a really good procedure, faster than going in and waiting. Anyway, max has an antibiotic, probiotic, and anti-emetic meds. He is doing better this morning, eating and drinking, but not with his usual “gusto”. At least nothing is coming out either end. Hopefully he is over the worst.

The neighbor told me last night that the Dealer is checking with LS Service, apparently the loaders are only warranted for 1 year (so now expired), but because the hours are so low, he is going to see if LS will cover it. The dealer and LS are both working “remotely “, so may take a few days to find out.

I might try to get out into the shop today, still didn’t work on the cabinet doors. Too windy outside for anything else.

Everyone have a great day!

If after you've trapped the skunk you drape a sheet over the cage so the skunk cannot see out, he/she will remain docile and when you get to the spot you want to release it, take the cover off the end that opens and open the trap and get away a safe distance BEFORE you introduce it to a lead pill.
I have a buddy that practices catch and release of skunks regularly and this is his way of doing it. He doesn't give them any pills tho.

That would be me. LOL.

There were four in that trap (if the right pic attached) . The Marines have them now.

Here in NH, clicking that link results in a 54.99 price tag at the local TSC, so appears that different prices for different areas.

Yes they have considerable difference in pricing between the different stores even in the same area,
as well as differences between states.
If you care to waste some time look at the same product in several different zip codes and stores.
Of course it is not only TSC, Lowes, HD, and many other stores even Best Buy does.

Here's how it came up for me: Alton IL is $34.99, Belleville IL is $34.99, and Carlyle IL (the store closest to me) is $39.99. Those three stores are within a 30 mile radius of each other.

If you used it with a surfactant .. you should be good.

well I worked on those gardens some today, got a big section of the fenced garden sown with giant California zinnias and a variety of other wildflowers.
Had to do a lot of raking first and that wore me out.
Then I really had to get off my feet, but 82 and sunny, didn't want to come in, so mowed the rented land with the big Massey and enjoyed the a/c in it.
And no pollen... That was quite enough for me, and came in to soak in hot tub.

Hmmm, no response to button push. Checked the breakers inside, fine. Checked the shutoff outside, aha, breaker tripped. Threw it back on and it promptly tripped again.
Now out of my league, will call hot tub guy Monday morning. He comes out immediately which is nice. So I took a long hot shower instead.

think I'm going to watch a movie and conserve energy. I expended enough today, now like EV's I'm regenerating...;)

And maybe just different stores in the same part of the country. I have no idea if that's being done in recent times, but some years ago when I lived down in Navarro County, at different times I shopped at TSC in Waco, Hillsboro, and Corsicana, and I soon learned that there could be a considerable difference in price for the same item at different stores.

My BIL was diagnosed with pneumonia today. Dr came to car to check him out and give him a prescription. That may be best way to see a Dr for awhile.

Might be something hospitals could look into for the future???
