Good morning!!!!

A mostly sunny 31ºF was today’s low. After today's sunrise perimeter walk*I think that hopefully it's time to retire the crampons for the season. I've been in the doghouse this past week for the usual foibles and now my "sentence" has been extended*due to all the debris I've been tracking into the house with the footwear. No surprises with the gastroenterologist this morning; bloodwork done to see how the old liver is functioning, and a liver ultrasound is scheduled for later this Month. It was kind of sad to see that all hand sanitizers and bleach based cleaning wipes are off all the shelves in the supermarket that I frequent as well as the two pharmacies I checked this morning… And there were agitated customers everywhere I went complaining about the unavailability of their favorite brand of TP:eek::rolleyes:

RedTop- Welcome to GM.

Billy- I am glad that your dog intervention was w/o incident. Brogen will be our last St. B. rescue. Maybe I’ll downsize to a German Shepherd with the next rescue.;)

“….. I can attest that the R/C hobby will parallel any crack cocaine addiction in cost….”- Ted I dreamt about a Mavic Mini last night and woke up in a cold sweat.  Nice mower and a great paint job ;cool: Good luck tomorrow.

Randy- Congratulations on your new job.

BEF- The Walmart in the “Big City” was out of everything that could be possibly associated with the CORVID-19 virus this morning. There were quite a few agitated customers complaining about the lack of TP.

RNG- Thanks for the compliment. There were quite a few YouTube videos, a couple of websites dedicated to building the HAL drone, and I got a lot of support from fellow cyber friends who help me through the build when I started . I initially used only the components proven to work by others with this chassis and slowly upgraded from what I learned. Building a drone really helped me better understand how to fly it. It’s rather large size made wiring and soldering a little easier for old eyes and shaky fingers. I heavily relied on eCalc - the most reliable electric Motor Calculator on the Web for RC Pilots to find a better mix of upgrades and how the different component “mixes” affected flight performance, flight times, and payload: This is a pretty amazing site and it’s predicted performance was pretty close to my actual performance.

RonJH- I tried taking a “Full Worm Moon” picture but failed due to over-saturation. I’ve been working the Wife for a nice digital SLR and lens setup like yours and hoping that my whining, pouting, and kowtowing will at least result in a nice spotting scope and I can hook up to my iPhone and/or m digital point and shoot TG6.

Hawkeye- My + thoughts, wishes, and prayers for your FIL.

I bet you guys do have fun with your drones.

Riptides, super looking tractor. May it be fun and trouble free for you.

finished potting and labeling 32 flowers for garden club ladies, six varieties. Covered in pollen, it's coming down in buckets outside.
My truck has already changed colors.

The moon really has been nice this week, looks big.

Your "sentence" maybe extended because of mud season. ;)

A friend of mine posted this to his Wall on Facebook today. I thought it was gonna be just another run of the mill CoVid-19 pitch preaching not much to worry about, but the gray hair speaking is an infectious disease specialist with years of experience and access to all the latest data. The picture he paints is pretty grim, especially how it targets a lot of us on here as being in the most susceptible age group. There's also grim news about how it spreads, and how ineffective N95 masks and hand sanitizer are. His bottom line on not getting it is to limit your exposure to public places, i.e. stay away from people.

I'm six weeks out on my annual wrench fest for my motorcycle buddies, and after watching that video, I've cancelled it. No sense inviting CoVid-19 into my own home.

In other bad news, the White Cloud toilet tissue I put on the last Amazon order is now listed as "unavailable". If you can't get it from Amazon, we better all get used to washing handkerchiefs; I don't thinks Sears prints a catalog any longer.

Good Afternoon.

A few minutes after drop off.

1.0 hours. Got to take a picture of that.

Super excited to see it work. < --- I am hopeful that the SO will do some work with it.

Really nice. Glad to see you back.

No worries, folks, I found some. Not my favorite brand, but it's in stock.

Now all I have to do is figure out how many rolls my pension check will purchase this month...

It was kind of sad to see that all hand sanitizers and bleach based cleaning wipes are off all the shelves in the supermarket that I frequent as well as the two pharmacies I checked this morning

Yesterday I visited 2 Walmarts. Neither was out of facial tissue (as much as usual on display), toilet tissue (still plenty but probably a fourth of the shelves occupied, and same for the paper towels. So I stocked up anyway.

Awesome Bird, you need your ice with the weather warming.. Our LG fridge has an icemaker that dumps ice off the back of the tray when you pull it out to get some ice.. We have resorted to turning it on and off as needed to keep ice tray near full..
The ice maker in our Samsung fridge is the same way, hawkeye. We never use the one in the door, so we keep it off. The one in the freezer we turn on and off as necessary to keep it from over-filling. Fortunately that's all easily done from a display on the front of one of the doors.

Now we're not as fancy as you guys because there isn't room for a very big refrigerator in our kitchen. So the ice maker is inside the freezer compartment, and has a big container under it to catch the ice. And like you both said, I've been turning it off a good part of the time because that container holds a lot of ice, and we don't use a great deal of ice. So today I did ask the technician if there's any drawback or problem with having it turned off a good bit of the time, and he said there's no problem.

But since it's a relatively small refrigerator, when I bought it, I also bought a cheap one to put in the shop, so the two of them provide us with enough freezer space and cold drink space, but can't have an ice maker on the one in the shop because there's no water out there.
