Sorry to read about loss of good friend. Mine this morning.
At more than 12 1/2 yo I know I’ll be missing Kalani much sooner than I’d like.

Posh to me would be, having sheep to count every night to aid in going to sleep. :) Eric, does the train have to blow it's horn much near you? Can you hear it from afar? We have tracks about 2 miles from us and I hear them in the background....unless it is very windy with the wind blowing from us towards the tracks.

No alligators. I have almost been eaten by a 12' alligator when I was 9 or 10. Some thin chicken wire/rebar kept it from making me a snack. Also, they eat chickens. No water in the "moat" which is actually a drainage swale.

Maybe some land sharks?

The chickens are laying eggs at a great rate. Garden is growing. Need to fertilize potatoes now that they are sprouting well.

I planted some mountain laurel beans a month ago or so and the first sprout is coming up.

My buddy's 14 year old doggie passed away. She was a good one.

Sunday school went well.

Rick sorry about the crappy hole. Here's an an old trick. Take a short 1/4" diameter x 6" long piece of round bar (preferably brass or aluminum), cut a thin slot starting from the end about an inch back, long enough to stick the emory cloth in the slot and wind it around the shaft in the correct direction. Put it in an pneumatic die grinder rotary tool, place the wound up emory cloth end in your problem hole and spin her up. We call them "whip" sticks in the industry. The shaft will center itself and the emory goes to town. Every minute or so, peel a slight amount off the worn out end of the emory cloth.

Hope this makes since.

Prayers for our team mates who need them.

Drew, I know it's tough having to make a decision like that.

Yep, used that trick many times Kyle. This time I used a 5/8" wood dowel with a thin slot in it. Worked great. I cleared hole until the angle clevis pin was still a tight fit. Tapped it in with a hammer.

Thanks!

British Invasion show was great, extremely talented group, started slow with early Beatles stuff and ended with Floyd, Zeppelin and Clapton, even did John Bonham’s famous drum solo.

Missed church, visited Lynn’s resting place and managed to fall coming up the hill, but I got up on my own and went about my business.
Was offered a part time job at a friends car dealership, answering phones, taking payments, starting deals, ordering parts, etc... 18-20 hours a week, not sure if I want to.
Back to rehab tomorrow. Prayers.

Buppies, did not go but bet it was fun!

Kyle, what a scary experience, especially back before Don's Kristy was in the protection business.

Wife stopped by Costco on her way home from visiting her mom...said it wasn't crazy, and she didn't see anyone who was intentionally prepping, although she did stock up on a few things to the tune of $540.

Toppop, sounds like the show was a good time. Sorry you fell.

Jay, thanks for the Headless tip. I have used it most of the time, because it sure has been handy, especially for learning.

If I ever need to get one of y'all to come get me out of jail, it will be because I shot an alligator (and got caught). :)

They had the hand sanitizer stations near the doors at church this morning, advised virtual high fives, virtual fist bumps, etc to reduce spreading anything.. light turnout, but then again, I didn't stick around to see how many arrived late due to time change.

Stay safe, prayers for all.

Good evening all. 48F for the start, mostly cloudy and light breeze. Brisk wind again today, sky clouded up and overcast got thicker, and high temp was 63F. Chapel to start day, made wife's breakfast, and slow speed putter. Did get a nap in. No dog till Wednesday or Thursday. In truck twice and forgot to change clock. Eric good to hear you are no longer sheepless, hope you enjoyed your break.
Drew, glad you are feeling well, sounds like possible stomach meds and bad dehydration may be your problem. Would be nice to know. Any possibility trip just gets delayed on you get handle on how contagious you are?
Bill agreed Sheepless in Shropshire does not cut it.
Ron hope you get pond done and golf cart has no issues.
RNG always enjoy company on rides.
Rick looks like too much clearance and tool was dull. Too much clearance because cut is too short, dull increases secondary break and burrs around hole. Surprised you did mot have Dremmel tool to work on it.
Roy, the youg deer were often calmer and closer to house in STL, bigger ones stayed farther down the hill
Ted hope you get your new tot er tool soon, Texas, at least North Texas will see a lot more rain next week.
Jay no crampons sounds good. Hope you get compressor sorted out.
Kyle, we always started with carbide burr or reamer :) Sorry about friends dog.
David nice pics getting the i's doted and t's crossed?
Randy, hope nothing hurt in fall. Thanks for the invasion review, glad you had good time.
Billy 540 sounds rough for a Costco bill!
Don thanks for link more money than I would have guessed.
Buppies thank for pic although pic #2 does not work(107871).
prayers for all

Yep Mostly, I think we've got at least 3 Dremel tools but, I wanted to sneak up on the clearance, for the clevis pin .. so, I cleaned it up manually. I got the result I wanted.

46 right now...high, in the upper 50's today.

That little .380 I bought has the stiffest slide I've ever encountered. One trick I've read is to lock it back (open) for a few days. That's what I'm going to do since it's too tough to rack right now... I'll post the results in a couple days.
