When I had my annual physical, in April 2017, I arrived, at Dr. Office, exactly at my appointment time, due to a wreck on I-10, instead of 15 minutes early as is my practice. I walked in the door as the nurse was calling my name and first thing she did was get a set of BP, temp., weight, etc. My BP was high 140's / high 80's. When I sat down with my Doc, he was concerned about my BP. I told him about my trip to town and asked if that could have caused a raised BP. He agreed but said "we need to monitor that". I was curious so, did some investigation and bought my own BP Monitor to see what was going on.

I started taking my BP every morning and since it connects, via Bluetooth to my iPad, I've got almost two years of readings. I noticed a distinct down trend of my BP a couple of months after starting the CoQ10.
I guess I could just stop taking it and see what happens to my BP to verify my assumption but ...... that seems dumb.
