Good evening all. 36F for the start, overcast, calm wind. Flat wind profile, rain began about 10:30, checked rain gauge at about 2:30 and had about .4 inch, high temp 37F. Stocked the stove this morning after some ash clean out, wife called the cleaning lady off as she was worried about possible freezing rain. Took wife to town for a perm, got my hair cut and short shopping list taken car of and some reading before she was done. :confused2:

No ice fishing, used to do a lot of trot line fishing in Bull Shoals and Lake of the Ozarks. Still trying to learn the lake here.

Interesting day. The CPR/AED class was quite informative. Unfortunately I also learned that in event of need most likely my wife won’t be able to save me, unless the adrenaline really kicks in. Due to her injuries, she is not able to knee. Coupled with lack of strength in her arms and hands cannot get enough pressure on chest for compression CPR. The practice dummies have make a click sound when properly compressed. One of our neighbors also had difficulty, but did manage a couple of clicks, her husband was a bit upset.
It was interesting to learn that the AED will not cause harm as it performs own evaluation once hooked up.

Has rained all day so no project work.

-8 right now...high in the upper 20's today. Looks like 3-5 inches of new snow tonight into tomorrow.
Truck is going in for a service this morning and I'll be visit Suzette this afternoon. Stepdaughter went to visit last night...said all is well!

Snow for tonight and tomorrow.

I gotta take one of the cats to the vet and see why her eyes are running and there is the occasional blood coming out with the tears. She also has a belly ache most of the time.

Other than the vet, I have nothing planned.

That certainly is good news about your wife, Roy.
Maybe she will develop a liking for Captain Beefheart.

4F clear sky mid 20's for high,3-6 snow with sleet maybe rain later tonight late AM Thursday.

After work...hitch plow to pickup,fill feeders,shovel 50' path.
Snow full moon was great for viewing over night,saw some critters and stars and passing planes. :thumbsup:
