47 right now...high in the mid-high 80's today.
Changed the oil and air filter on the ZTR yesterday and mowed about half the lawn. As soon as the morning dew evaporates, I'll finish the job. I need to get rid of some weed in front off the house...I put if off last year, but as lazy as I am...can't do it this year. I've got to get a good quality heavy weed barrier to preven the weeds from returning next year...
My little electric pressure washer gave it up...think I'll go for a gasoline model as a replacement

My own voice is not all like most BBC English. I grew up in northern England and still have a strong Yorkshire accent. Everyone in the town where I now live can tell that as soon as I speak, though I do to try hard to not use the words that are peculiar to my home county. For example instead of "What have you done". "Nothing", it would be "Whats tha done"."Nowt".

"All Creatures Great And Small" was set in the Yorkshire Dales, and featured many residents speaking with that accent. It's good to know we have a translator here on the Good Morning!!!! thread!

Project not done until bench is cleaned. :D

Than i never finish, lol

Hate to admit, but my geo system been running several yrs unfinished.

My garage gets cleaned each fall before my labor day picnic, but tools get dumped on a shelf, and other stuff dumped in the barn. . I have way more tools than storage space.

67 going to 91, better chance of rain or storms. Happy Father's Day.

RNG, hope they contain that fire away from you.

Finally got some planting done yesterday: Sorghum, sunflowers, soybeans, cowpeas, buckwheat. Dragger over the sunflowers since I don't have a planter. Fertilized, but it got too dry and dusty on the surface to finish: I drive over the plots (which I do, since I don't have a cultipacker, and it takes forever, since I'm only packing the width of my R-4s each trip). Will go do that in a few minutes with heavy dew handling the dust for me.

Great harvest, Drew.

David, is that Kekoa with that mud bath beauty treatment?

Well I was told diesel would be standard but "late arrival".
Attached is the quote I got in April.

/edit - and I JUST called my Virginia dealer and he told me they are still on track and I could actually order one now.
Dealer -
Mike Powers, Ourisman Ford, Alexandria, Va phone: (703) 660-9000

I see that you've ordered the XLT, SWB, and I've ordered the Titanium, LWB, so I don't know whether that makes a difference or not, but I've sent an inquiry to my dealer so I'll eventually find out, I guess.

Good Morning!!!! 53F @ 4:00AM. Mainly sunny. High 76F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph.

Like Drew, I hit the hay early last night and now I'm up earlier than usual. That probably means a nap this afternoon, and I hope Drew gets one in, too! He deserves at least one after digging over a ton of potatoes!

Very unlikely we'll see any rain until mid September at the earliest, Kyle. I really like it that way, except for the wildfire danger. But then there's really no place in the world that has perfect weather 100% of the time, so everywhere's a compromise.

Yesterday's fire made the evening news. Progress was stopped at 40 acres, they're still working on full containment, and no cause has been determined as of yet. Looks like at least one building was destroyed.

Made some progress in the garage yesterday, but still more to do.

Enjoyed listening to Eric Clapton's new "Life In Twelve Bars" album on the back porch yesterday evening. The man has had an incredible career, and the double album contains cuts from every era, most of them live and seldom heard before. The first few selections are from artists, most long gone, from which he derived his inspiration in the Blues. There was a strong breeze to keep things cool, so I even had dinner on the patio, me and the uninvited yellow jackets. The electric flyswatter got put to good use.

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend...
