Drinking first cup of coffee. 53° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 81° sunny skies. We got rain yesterday, well maybe sprinkles. Enough to send me in and not come out again. Lawn cutting today and yesterdays project of checking pole barn roof.
I took a couple things back to HD yesterday. One of the items I had lost the sales slip. Clerk at desk said no problem if you used a credit card. Scan card, scan barcode. Up pops the transaction. Money returned to credit card. Maybe I do not return enough things. Did not know it was that easy to return something without a sales slip. :thumbsup:The procedure before may get you a store credit. At Lowe's I use my My Lowes app on iphone. But have never used it for a return.

70 and lots of sweet rain. Hitting only 79.

Cut some brush with my FS-80 trimmer blade...the throttle cable hopped off on the carb end again. My first fix almost lasted for a whole gas tank run. I'll have to take it more seriously and possibly replace the cable assembly...according to a YouTube, the cable slides through a plastic sleeve...I didn't see any plastic when I fixed it Saturday.

Good morning! 74˚ the rain yesterday was a relief and I got the entire lawn mowed after it stopped - dust free, what a pleasure.
Visit with Dad today and go over his care plan with the nurse. He is still in rehab.

I think the only thing I've returned to HD was an expensive 3-way LED light bulb. I think they claimed something like a 10 year warranty and it was a bit over 2 years old. But I had the same experience; no problem at all getting a replacement at no cost.

Good morning all. 65 now going to 75 and a 30% chance of showers this am. 1.41" of rain yesterday and last night, needed it. We tried out the board yesterday, he was very excited about it but got to stressed and had a hard time just doing normal things. We will put it away for a day or two and try again. New things are hard for him. Not sure what I will do today, likely a DMV trip to renew my drivers permit.

Good day all, 63, cloudy with light rain. Has been a busy summer, addition going on at the lake home, still cleaning out moms house since she passed, helping my cousin sell off her dad's tractor collection since he passed, had 23 different ones all types most haven't run in years helping to get them running. I am taking an old ford not sure if it is an N2 or N9 buried in his she'd have to pull it out. Still have 3 nice running International H's one was redone including motor and paint and was parked and never used again an an M that was painted. Along with a few others. International Cub's went fast.
