weather forecast for next ten days is fifties at night, mid to high 70's during the day. I guess Spring has sprung.
Not a good night last night, lot of leg cramps from being on my feet way too long yesterday. Much less to do today, coat of poly on the raised garden wood, then finish painting my old Cub Cadet. After which I hope to do very little...

David those are ATV tires of course, and they sure don't look worn out; either a tiny puncture like a rose thorn or I bet you've got a bad valve stem or tube. Any bubbles if you put water on stem? Might as well eliminate the easiest solution first...

Buppies, I'd come help you but I'd likely fall off the paver. Though I bet I could steer straighter than the guy who did my driveway.

Pattern has flip flopped warm east cold stormy west but with heat in the east any front that comes through gives chances for strong thunderstorms

Early county meeting this morning, then gym while in town, and maybe pick up a load of crusher run for driveway repairs where constant wet winter weather took its toll...and another chance to use new rake.

Now I know I'm going to glow green with envy but Billie what do you pick up the crusher run with? A tilt trailer? If so, does it tilt high enough so all the stone comes out?
Or do you have a dump truck...
It's finally dry enough here to get trucks in, quite a switch.

64° going to upper 70's today, low 80's tomorrow!

Sodamo, those are about normal for non golf course, golf cart tires, everyone has a lift kit nowadays.

My clam shell driveway is 4 years old this month, hard packed and slick with very little loose shell, if I could teach people to read so they don't miss their turn and use my shiny white driveway to turn around in at wide open throttle, the end would be nice too. But they keep tiny little pot holes going, especially when it rains. Just at the very end next to the road. 180' x 16' with 2 double turnouts and it all stays nice with just minor redress every couple of years except the end. I'm hoping we're due for a repave soon, a good friend of mine is the
State Highway Administration District Engineer, I think I can persuade him to make a nice apron in my drive, like they did at the old house, but it had an asphalt drive. Oh well, it's seat time.

Good Morning. 0825, sunny, 69F with 70% humidity. Forecast high of 77F with no chance of rain today, and a low of 59F tonight. Today is my usual house cleaning day, but the garden and having to go in to work to finish the cleanup kept me from doing the shopping yesterday, so I'm going to try to squeeze that in sometime today. I hate it when my schedule gets de-railed.

I have used the Walmart aerosol type before, but was in HD so thought I would try the Tire Science.

The aerosol type is not near as good. I had the same problem with the tires leaking because of thorns. Once I put the Slime in I have not had a leak in eight years. But I could use a new set of tires now, They are worn out. You have the same tires my neighbor Jim has on his Polaris 6x6 front axle.

Good morning! Well not really, had a rude awakening at 5am VFD pager went off - structure fire. I'm getting too old for this. Turned out to be a small log cabin office behind a residence, and it was very hard to extinguish the large logs. The owner heard the lighting strikes about 3 hours before he noticed the outbuilding fire - it really had a good head start. It's still standing but the floor is burned out and every log is burned.

61˚ 1.5" rain as the storm passed through last night. It is still thundering but the rain is holding off.

Good morning current temp 47F going to 55F today. High surf advisory today as well as a High Wind Warning from 1PM thru 2AM winds 35 to 45 mph gust to 75 mph. Hold onto your HAT!

Another vote for Slime. If it's an off road tire and starts to leak. I Slime it. Only had this fail once. The belts started breaking on my mower tires(atv type). A hole about the size of a pencil was just too much for the slime. Time for new tires.

59F with clouds and sun @ 10:00 ... high today is supposed to be 72F, with a little rain later on.

Big hawk flew past kitchen window while I was warming up my coffee ... I'm guessing the fact that I filled up the two suet feeders yesterday might have had something to do with that. Noticed that the daffodils are up ... probably 4" to 5" tall.

Got second doorbell button installed on back door, also got front door drilled and peep hole installed.

Need to check the four auxiliary batteries in the van today and top them off with distilled water.

Also need to start hauling the tile I removed yesterday, out of the bathroom, and clean up the mess in there.

Still need to run the box blade over the driveway.

Looks like have to adjust to indoor task, like tax prep

The good news is the Tire Science sealant held the night. Yeaaaaa
This tire has had a slow leak as long as I've had the cart. Did depend on parking wheat her it was slow or real slow. I think the other night I likely parked in worst possible spot as I could actually see the flaw in the sidewall

The bad news is it is still raining but slacking.

Starting to cloud up pretty good now ... temp is currently 70F.

Other than Friday, we've got highs of 60F or better for another 10 days or so.

Got some seat time in, graded the driveway, also managed to consolidate several piles of leaves, grass, and old mulch up by the shed into a single long compost pile.

Checked the two "No Tresspassing" signs ... both are still up.

Probably a trip to the Depot later on for a photocell for the HPS light on the polebarn.

Greetings from Hays, KS. An early morning start found an inch of snow on the truck, but a quick brush down and I was on my way. The snow was heavier on I80 heading east out of Evanston, WY, but I found a trucker and just followed a ways back in his tracks. Better to take it easy and get there safe. By noon I was over the Continental divide (actually crossed it three times) and down into warmer and drier weather. Sun was just going down as I rolled into Hays.
