You and David (HI David), are doing some very nice work. My carpentry skills are minimal at best. I can fab steel, fiberglass and build you a VW fender from a pie plate and body filler, upholster your sofa and install a convertible top, run most simple equipment like front end loader, backhoe, etc...But carpentry is not my long suit. I ain't a plumber, nor electrician. However none of that stops me from doing it anyway!Took the last picture today of my meat coop I have been working on.
Basically I filled in the back half of my 12 X 28 chicken coop.
Have a door and window on the back as well. Inside I put a door that goes from the egg laying chicken coop storage room that is in the front of the coop and that will be our main entry/exit for the meat coop. So didn't have to build a second food/water storage room. Got a fan up high to vent out the hot air and have 4 heat lamps setup inside the meat coop. Do plan on painting it the same as the egg laying side as soon as I get "around tuit".:laughing:
