Drank my daily allotment of coffee and packed up the motorhome for the trip back home from Indy. Drove home with no problems. It's 94 with a good wind back in Michigan.

Good Afternoon! The last day of August and 101 degrees this afternoon. I completed my last run of the month this morning with a total of 90 miles for this hot, but not incredibly hot, Texas August. I was able to run 27 days this month with runs from one to six miles.

My plant based diet yielded excellent lab results from my blood test last week. I see my cardiologist in about a week - 18 month check-up post heart attack.

CONGRATULATIONS on your exercise and diet routine and for being able to persist with both. Good luck with your next appointment...I hope your dedication shows up on that check up. Few things in life make me feel better at my age than a doctor telling me...."your latest test results look very positive".

Morning all. Long weekend and the rest of next week off. Should be a nice week. It's 77 outside right now and waiting on remnants of Isaac to arrive sometime today. Only hope Isaac will drop more then a few inches of rain over the next three or four days. Oh and lets not forget next week is the huge antique tractor show in Elnora In. I wanna go Thursday and one other day.

77! here this morning at 0500 when I got up, so Summer is not really over yet.

I have had my tractor for over a year now. I have not moved in over a week, but I think it was 1 year old on the 30th. My goal right now is to get MORE hours on it this next year than I did the last. I think I only got 107-108 hours in the last year.

Looking forward to work starting again next week.

Drinking fresh brewed coffee. 60 degrees with light clouds this morning. Heading to 80 with some clouds. Off to my mothers this morning. She is spending the holiday with us.

Good morning! Thanks JD, Moss and Ron. I can produce a 30 day report for my Cardiologist, all I have to do is get in a few 6 milers (to replace the 3s that drop off) and I can show him a hundred mile month. But for me I start at 0 now and will try to make the it a hundred mile September. This is the month I want the Cardiologist to take me off my meds.

79 now 100 later, clear sky. Ron the paver project progressed a lot last month - in my head. I expect you will need work (not warm) gloves on your winter visit. Next week I pour some more border cement and will throw out a picture.

66 degrees and foggy here in Vermont. Should burn off soon.
Went on an interview just north of Burlington. That went well, but I'll know more in a few
weeks.
Saw three homes in Corinth VT and one in Plainfield NH. One was really nice. Small house (fine for just the wife, dog and I) and 11 acres. This is one house a family had better be ready for being stuck in during a heavy snow.

76 here, a party overcast and very nice day so far. Will be out in the garden plot the next few hours, harvesting our red fruit...didn't expect much of a crop this year because of the weather but the plants are producing in abundance right now. Also have to push mow and do some tree trimming later. The 4 year old kid next door keeps coming over to pick worms off our tomato plants, he has found at least 4 dozen this week....I am afraid to ask what he does with them...:laughing:

09-02-2012 Currently 75 degrees. 60% chance or rain today. Let it rain. I worked outside the last three days and I plan on resting today with my Family. Two of our Grandchildren came to visit yesterday. I didn't spend much time with them because I was working outside, but my Wife really enjoyed the time she spent with them. Here's hoping everyone has a great Labor Day weekend.

YUCK! Bring on the rain! 60% rain chance next 3 days (I'll be working inside!).

Drink my first cup of coffee. 66 degrees with clouds this morning. Heading to 80 with sun and clouds. Need to clean up RV after last weeks trip. Hope we get some of the Issac rain up here. Everything is turning brown again.

Late start . 72 out and nice slow rain. It could do this all next week and I wouldn't complain. Even though it'd kind mess up the tractor show and my day(s) off. Forgot to get potatoes yesterday so I have head back into town so I can make the roast. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Good morning everyone!! My 4 month old alarm clock, aka my daughter decided she want to wake dad up @7 so I have been going since then.

Coffee is drank, cinnamon rolls in my belly, and now me and the boy is messing around in the barn.

73 out looking for a high of 81. Have a slight breeze right now.
