Good morning! Supposed to be another awesome weather day in this part of Ohio.

Thoughts for those who need them as they heal.

Kyle.....did it again yesterday. Helped the kid for the first day of the Amateur Nationals. We had help from Jeff Carver all day. He is incredibly knowledgeable about set up. Learned a lot from him and enjoyed working with him. Apparently he enjoyed working with me based on his comments when I was leaving. We had some wins again and decent finishes in the finals.

Did I say I am tired.....

Everyone have a safe and good day.

I believe his comment was meant somewhat tongue in cheek and don稚 believe he meant to offend anyone.

My earlier comment was made in good fun as well and I prefer to leave it that way.

We discuss all sorts of things on Good Morning and try and have a bit of fun at the same time.
Thanks for coming to my defence before I got buried under more moon rocks.:)

My post was not meant to scold anyone, just expressing the pride that our country has earned.

Did not take it as scolding Toppop just rang true in my mind, feeling much better I take it and glad for you

Randy, I didn't expect anything less and took it as another good sign that you are well on the way to recovery :D

Before we get back to tractor talk, I will concede that Apollo wasn't all about throwing money at a problem.
Putting to one side the $22 billion mission cost, the American flags planted on the moon cost a miserly $ 5.50. What cheapskates.

Thomas I’ll bet Boo Boo is just studying things to find his/her best angle of attack or could be scoping out a different area

Yeah, 65 out and temps staying in mid 80's, paradise compared to last week. Haven't seen the rain total but it didn't last long enough.
Didn't hear the wind chimes wailing so doubt tree damage, but regardless have great seat time planned for
this morning. Neighbor lost half a big red oak tree along our common tree line. Thankfully fell in open area on his side.
He's got it cleaned up and a dump trailer there, I'm going to pick junk up with Long solid bottom bucket and put in trailer.
Which is another friend's, spotless, unscratched....

My fireman neighbor quietly suggested he could do it but he has very little time on a powershift tractor, despite all his exceptionally good instincts,
and if that heavy grapple hit the trailer, the trailer would surely lose. Besides, I want to test the new tractor to see how much it will pick up.
Lots of weight out back, going to look for a big chunk I could never have picked up with the L5740 and see how that does.
I just washed the tractor too, should get some good pictures...

I really suck at the spline thing.
Me too, used to be the local hardware store would cheerfully repair screens. Not many of those stores left.

Ted, beautiful sky pics. I'd hate to be a lawn mower salesman in your area. I'm sure that's part of the appeal.

Buckeye, we are pulling for you.
If for awhile neuropathy affects hands and typing, Dragon voice recognition software works fairly well.
I used it after multiple carpal tunnel operations.

Mostly, once I buy this thing, or find a used one, I'm going to move the rv trip to another thread so as not to clog this one.
The first part will be final planning. I know I'll be coming from New Orleans headed West, how far in Texas I don't know,
come North to Fort Worth and then West to Amarillo. I really don't know where you guys live,
but if you think you'd like to get together for a lunch or dinner somewhere,
please PM me so I can put your home on my map and try to pick the right road coming North in TX.
Probably the highest concentration of TBN members we have, I think, in one area.

Good morning all. This African air is starting to significantly warm up the inside of the house. We are well past the point where the butter would be liquid if it wasn't now confined to the fridge. Thunderstorms lit up the sky for half of the night and the heavy rain they brought forced me to close the roof lights, so we haven't been able to cool off. Sleep has been in short supply, although I suppose the up side is that I can take a nap this afternoon without feeling too guilty.

I have a pin on my loader which is not taking grease and can't take it out to figure out why as I don't have the right size circlip (snap ring) pliers. A pair with interchangeable tips made by a company called Lang tools in Wisconsin is on order. Quite expensive compared to those originating in the Far East, but hopefully good quality and the last pair I should ever need.

Wng, like ours, that's a heck of a deficit. Hopefully my plier purchase will go some way to getting yours back on track ;):)
