Good evening all. 60F in Kerrville this morning, overcast, windy. Sky cleared off, stayed windy and observed high temp was 84F on the way home. 35 miles this morning and trip home Fri-Sunday totals 186 miles, 7,000 ft climb, no flats or other mechanical issues, bike chain does need a good cleaning.
Nice photo and hope you aren't too sore.
Up early this morning and got some concreting done before the sun had chance to fry me. Indulged afterwards in a half hour nap which felt so good, I'm almost tempted to do it again this afternoon.
Mostly, I'm sure you can have a guilt free nap too after 186 miles and 7,000ft.
Kyle, I was wondering if they apply herbicides and fungicides for crop protection through the same pipework ? Sometimes I think too much, I should just enjoy the pretty patterns it makes - Dimmit from above is incredible.

Dimmitt looks much better from the sky. But, if you travel through at night, the sprinklers have various colored twinkling lights which kind of looks like when the alien lights were crusing around in the movie Close encounters...IIRC.
Nice visit here with son, GF, dogs. Plus my wife and I beat them in cornhole...seniors rule!
cornhole??? almost afraid to ask. I sure ain't going out back for anyone to show me.
Eric, places like Gear4Music are indeed like a musician's drug dealer. On this side of the pond, we have Musician's Friend / Guitar Center and Sweetwater, as well as a few others. I both love and hate when those new catalogs arrive in the mail. Wife always gives me that jaundiced look when she hands them to me.
Do you ever suffer from GAS? (guitar acquisition syndrome). I do. They are like art and some of them sound good. Best that I don't have much to spend on them. My problem is I'm better at playing a stereo than a musical instrument, you pro's make it look so easy, but it is most definitely not.
I noticed that fancy restaurant only serves AB brand beer products....my kind of place.
Made it home, 2045 miles round trip, and doing it again in 3 weeks. Brought back some of their stuff. Oldest graduates then, if he passes his discrete math class, lol. It's kicking his a....
Anxious to go to work to hear about the buyout....
Glad you made it home safe. Hopefully son will pass that class. Last semester can be a mental gauntlet...If you don't pass a class, then you are stuck for another semester. It is a lot of pressure for a young adult.
I got home at 8pm, ran out and started the tiller. Tilled the weeds in my garden. Only chance I had to get it done before tomorrow's rains begin. Green beans my son and I planted 10 days ago have sprouted up to about 2" already.
Drew, you are going to put Walmart out of the collard green business. They are going to wonder why their's aren't selling. You are going to have tons of potatoes if they turn out decent. Your garden looks great. I'm glad you have helpers to come volunteer to help feed the hungry.
