coffee worked, just in from digging and planting all the remaining trees. Going to soak in the hot tub with a cold beer, 64 out and I got my shirt soaked in sweat. Felt good actually. With rain coming in tomorrow afternoon, glad I got this all done.

Got to 64 here, damp and showers. Changed the molasses. I mean oil, and filter in the International. A bit of a job getting the plug out, I used the impact!

Worked though, I put it back a little differently. It had a Dixon filter on it, I like them, made in USA, but hard to find locally.

It's down to 38F here, from 69F earlier.

I have the itchy rash too. I usually use Corn Huskers Lotion. It gives temporary help.

I have an opinion that steroids "borrow life force from your future", similar to alcohol and energy. I don't know for sure, but I had to use some last year for poison ivy.

I cant see an easy way to get it out, gonna take a lot of work. This alternator less than yr old, installed 3/18/2017 . at a dealer where i pulled off as the car was dying..

I definitely agree about the steroids. Going beyond my own personal denial, I have to agree about alcohol as well. THC, medicinal and/or recreational is still under my personal "review"- it's definitely not "harmless," I do not know for sure.

I do not ever want to be a medical guinea pig again, but it would be interesting from a scientific perspective to see how my "sed rate" is affected by my stopping THC for/since this trip to CR. My challenges with peripheral neuropathy really have not increased. The meats and produce here are fresh from the garden, farm, or boat. There are no additives, no hormones, no antibiotics, no fillers, and no chemicals used in food production........ nothing is added. This is a poor country, food producers/providers are too poor to afford anything other than organics.

The people here may be poor financially, but they are wealthy in what really matters in life.

Powerful medications have potentially powerful side effects; sometimes long lasting.

No monkey fights today. The family of howler monkeys (7) we saw today were taking their daytime siesta.

Took mom to the local walk in doc and saw a nurse prac. Asked her to check and she has a bad UTI. W told her regular dr and he brushed it off. starting pills and pine tar tonight. Pine tar is a local home remedy for uti. Works very well but must be the old rough pines like we had in central Va. The white pines here don't work.

UTI's and asymptomatic UTI's put a real hurting on the mental status of the sick and elderly. They can become delirious which is often misconstrued as a dementing illness.
