Im am very sorry to here that 875 is alot of money i guess you just need to count your losses and move on to plan B. Sometimes when looking back on things my plan B or C ends up being better than my original plans
Roy, sorry to read that it didn't work out with the bank. Can you still save the deal by trying to get the money from another source?
$875 is a chunk of change, boy I would be a tad upset about that.![]()

That is an LOT of money for almost everyone.
That is a seriously high price for a home inspection... I was shocked...
