Quiet morning. Overslept-never sleep past 7 on a day off, but somehow managed that this morning. Must have been that late night-made it to 11 before crashing.
Cold, wet, dreary day here. Not sure what I'm going to do, other than watch Baylor/MSU at 11:30.

Happy bday Roy!!! I went to 2 parties last night, both small affairs at friends. Everybody seems to be doing better this year, and we all have hopes for the new year. 2013 really sucked for us, 2014 was much better, and 2015 looks much better. We didn't drink much, but not getting home to 3 am really screws up the schedule. I think a nap is in order!!

33 this morning and headed to 41 today. Good to be back home. My bed felt a lot better then that hotel bed. Actually don't hurt this morning.
Oh what to do today. I do have some brush piles to burn also so may go light them. But whatever I have to get back in the groove of things though.

Good Morning, Happy New Year! 0955. sunny, 51F with 89% humidity. Forecast high of 64F with 0% chance of rain this afternoon, and a low of 50F tonight.
Margie and Sister have gone to Panama City for a day of New Year's shopping. That means I have all day to watch football. Hope the games are closer than last night. Well, all of them but the FSU game. I hope my Noles pull out another win. I have the black eyed peas on cooking, and the hot sausage for the gumbo is thawing. I'm planning to add some crab meat to the gumbo, hoping the sweetness will offset the hot.
Drew, a heavy frost is from a heavy dew. So the % of humidity, temp and the dew point are factors.

Good afternoon and Happy New Year all! Yesterdays trip back went smoothly, 10 hours 15 min. of driving bliss . 21F this morning, forecast for 39F thin overcast, windy and 2 in of ice in the rain gauge. Undecorating the house, need to clean out the fireplace, and the Saturn needs a new battery. The cat celebrated a week home from the vets, high fiber diet seems to be working. :thumbsup:
