Sad about Wayne ... I had just gotten a PM from him in the last week or two, telling me about his life and being about ready to retire.

Ya just never know.

22F which is about as warm as it will be for the next two days.

The drizzle stopped while I was clearing the drive yesterday afternoon. There was a bit more drizzle around 8pm but not too bad for ice on the driveway. My snow piles are off to an early start this year since none of our snow has been of the snowblower variety.

RS-good to hear your furnace issue was found. At least you know where to smack it now. :laughing: Stuff like that is frustrating.

73 years ago, the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor...a Sunday morning, by the way...

17 degrees right now, high today will be about 24 dropping to a very cold 1 degree tonight. Looks like a rough week ahead of us. Tuesday through Saturday will be snow events of varying severity...Tuesday and Wednesday being the worst.

Today's chore will be clearing the snow from yesterday...

Good Morning. 0640, clear, 49F with 93% humidity. Forecast high of 65F with 0% chance of rain this afternoon, and a low of 46F tonight. We got a little shower during the night, but not enough to amount to anything.

I just got back from driving Margie to Bristol to catch her ride to Orlando. I'm not saying it was still early just now when I was parking the car, but the one round object in the sky was not the sun. {now I'm going back to bad. I don't have to be at work until the afternoon}

First cup of Coffee is poured. 42° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 64° with sunshine all day. Made a route change yesterday and headed up I-25 to visit friends in Truth or Consequences, NM. Going to spend a few day here. Friend has a Jeep to explore some of the canyons. Got the motohome washed yesterday getting all the road grime off. Thought I would take a picture before it gets dirty again.

Rs glad they found he problem. Never had that happen on a new one. But when I'm checking a heater that doesn't work it's a trick I use. Sometimes it gets me till daylight.

I had the privilege and honor to look down in the water in Pearl Harbor.
Never will forget that. But will the young remember? Will they remember the Holocaust and the lessons we learned from it?
Will they remember 9-11 or will it just be a history question answer?

27 and sunny here in Michigan. My sister came out yesterday, and spent the day with us, she left this am. Nice to see here again, she is doing really good. I am going to work outside for a bit, after lunch, we don't get many nice days like this in the winter.

Good morning all. Just cold and windy here 35 deg but with the wind feels more like 25. Good day for coffee and time spent with my wife and kids.

Just a winter reminder to all of my TBN friends about snow shoveling.

The cold temperatures and heavy work load increase the risk of heart attack.

I don't know WayneB's circumstance leading to his heart attach, but it prompted me to post this reminder.
