good morning all. Up most of night, writing down BP readings for documentation. Still pretty nauseous at times with abnormally low readings. Systolic never got above 100 all night. Took a shower this morning, half an hour to stop sweating, walked up stairs and now readings all normal. It's the why of the wide swings that concerns me, either a reaction to thyroid imbalance or some heart problem. ? back to docs tomorrow morning.

Almost hot out...72 degrees all night, less wind than expected, windy and rainy all day today

Buppies, so sorry about the fall, you might have cracked a rib. Hope you feel better soon.

I might have Drew if I sneeze once so far the pain is real but I do not think there is a lot they can do for it

Meds appear to be making progress. I have no more gout symptoms and have been treating the reflux issues with meds and a strict diet.

54F cloudy on/off rain till late morning than sun reaching upper 60's again :dance1: gusty winds at time.

E muffin time :licking: than outside chores.
Plans for today...try and not to make to much mud outside,watch some football playoff games,maybe finish setting up new HP Laptop Mrs. got me yesterday,and just putter.

Dabsgt, glad your gout is better. A lot of focus on bad foods in the gout world...but not enough focus on the good ones...celery and cherries, for example. Most important is not letting unnoticed dehydration sneak up...try drinking a bottle, or 16 oz of RTW (room temp water) every morning when you get up.

Rick, beautiful CN soup and very nice "presentation." When my wife gets up, I'm gonna show her the pix...I think she will like those dishes. We still haven't gone the IP route, but posts like these are making it tempting. Glad to see the saute methods without oil.

38 right now...high in the mid-40's today....but dropping to below 20 tonight, which means refreeze.
Chores....put some ice melt around the garage so my stepdaughter won't be slippin' and slidin' when she pulls the car in the garage. We're supposed to get windy conditions later today and I hope that dries up some of the slush
