I have a small Toro, 22 or /3 hp with a 42” deck, but the Ct house only sits on 1 acre. I think only have 2 zerks.

Don, is that stuff good for pressed concrete also ? I just pressure washed the pressed concrete around the inground pool and need to coat with something.

Ct, 60 to start going to 86, looks to be the warmest day this week.
Pizza / pool party went well but both Kathleen and I were pretty much exhausted by the time everyone left and we did all the cleaning up. She told me it will be a long time before she does that again
This morning I plan on going back to Southford Falls state park, and I believe we have a couple other radio club members that will meet me out there this morning. I have more frequency options now that I have the coil so hope to get another successful activation in today.
Kathleen’s little garden is doing quite well this year, we have harvested some beautiful tomatoes, cukes and squash and zucchini. We only have 3 , 4’by 8’ raised beds and the amount of produce is amazing.
That’s about it for now, hope all have a great start to their week

good Monday morning all
nothing like a fresh tomato; got two emails from friends saying how much they enjoyed my tomatoes.
am off around 7:30 this morning to local imaging center to get an ultrasound of my groin. Sounds like a gooey affair...
but I need to rule in, or out, a hernia, as it still hurts to walk
then home to inspect the work done on rv, waiting for brown caulk to arrive by Amazon to fix the joint of the two pieces.
from the rain, rv is black streaked again so might give it a wash on a nice day.
I was not able to caulk the rv lights. Got up on top of ladder, vertigo hit, oh my, time to get off, wobbled
all the way down.
I'm on top of an 8 foot ladder and felt like I was on top of the Empire State building.
will send up my 14 yo helper next weekend.

if you have a modern GM car that can perform OTA, over the air updates, GM just
announced new ruling saying any damage done to car by not updating with 45 days is no
longer covered under warranty nor will they be responsible for damages done.

Ford's solution was to set tire pressure to 24psi if I remember correctly. Way too low...
and the tires of course overheated and failed and Firestone's reputation was smeared.
my 265-60-18 tires on a 5200 pound truck have a door sticker of 32psi.
I run 34 all around, due to living on very windey country roads and front tires get a lot of use
on turns. With my plain coil suspension having a little give in the tires is helpful for ride.
with an airbag suspension on the fancier model, probably not.
plus some day...I hope to pull a small travel trailer again and the extra 600 pound
tongue load requires tires up to max capability.
am honestly happy to leave 275-20 tires behind. They are on most modern pickup trucks
and large suvs and never had enough sidewall for me. Not when you live in pothole land.
I see you can now get stock 24s on a new Suburban.

It has a nice long flexible hose, and the priming system has made changing cartridges easy. I think what takes so much tie is the many different potions I have to maneuver into to reach different parts, and how slow I seem to get up off my back
. I also back the zero turn up a ramp to allow me to get to the rear drive shaft underneath. The other drive shaft to the deck is the toughest to reach.

Scotty, it's a Kubota ZD 1021. I love it...it's like Kyle says, a beast. A lot of other features makes up for the greasing challenge. Just turned over 500 hours last month.
Wife came home late yesterday, so will hang out with her rather than go the mountains today. Maybe tomorrow since Della and I had a good hike yesterday.

57F hazy mostly sunny day upper 80's for high.
Outside chores done E muffin time.
Plans for today...AM 2 stops for critter food also stop for goodies,PM clean area real good for the plumber tomorrow to replace hot water heater,afterwards haven't clue.

The label says interior and exterior for Porcelain & Ceramic & Tile & Natural Stone.
You would probably just need a sealer, unless you have a slick finish.

I got my scrape blade done and back on the tractor. Too wet to try it out.
Pretty much watched it rain the rest of the day.

Grass is back growing and mowing is back on the agenda
Lunch at a new to us Italian Sea food place with one of the kids. Wife is looking forward to it
Finished the welding table. It has some rust pitting but it is flat as checked with a straight edge
Replaced some slats on a garden bench with pine boards cut to size
Moved over the inserts to the boots. These inserts don't look like much but they are needed to make the pain go away in my right foot. A few times I did not think I needed them and the pain came right back
Yes Kubota loves their grease zerks.

The bridge they built over 311 is very nice expanded parking area some as well. They always have a crowd. Macfees Knob also got expanded parking lot.
The ExMark we have has only two grease fittings the Toro must have 20 or more. In the most inconvenient places

Morning all, 59 going to 88 and sunny.
The war on Stiltgrass continued yesterday, as did planting some spinach and squash.
After cleaning up the former corn patch from weeds.
Then some watering and general maintenance.
The deer will not eat the stiltgrass, the acre or so I have the deer will work around, but not bother walking into it.
Good luck with the sales Arly.
Today will be busy at work, so probably only do some watering of the new plantings today.
The transplanted trees are all doing well, as is the apple tree.
Seems all the peaches on the bigger tree have disappeared. The pear trees all dropped their pears due to heat stress on one and the other getting hit twice by falling branches.
The deer are still picking over the brush I cut, they love the tree branches just full of leaves.

Don't know if you are using the LockNLube coupling on your grease gun but I have found that very helpful because it locks on to the grease fitting and all I have to do is trigger the M18 grease gun and watch for grease seeping out of the joints55 heading to 84. Thank you.

To me, the Milwaukee M18 design is similar, and I know folks who like theirs. Despite knowing lots of folks with DeWalt battery tools, I can't recall seeing the DeWalt version of a battery grease gun.

Guys working on new fiber line cable in front of house, a real clown show.
One pickup parked in my grass, another bucket truck turning around made a 5 pt turn pulling into my grass several times, back hitch plowed up some of neighbors yard.

Good Morning.
66° and sunny, high in the middle 80’s. Another nice day to be outside.
Yesterday was a day of puttering. A little bit of time on the Lazer, which after getting my hat and headphones knocked off, reminded me that I really need to do some trimming along the hedgerow between the pastures and the pond. The good news is that the headphones don’t land on the exhaust or under the mower. (Don’t ask how I know that those are possibilities), which is a good thing as they are Bose noise canceling headphones that I stream Spotify to while I’m mowing.
The upper track for the screen for the patio door was falling down on the new Andersen door on the old folks home. I guess they rely on the screen being in place to keep it in place. However I never put the screen doors in. So I ran a bead of clear silicone in the grove and pushed the track back into place. A bit of tape to hold it while it cures.
Just got back from looking at an ongoing project at one of the county airports. Had to explain that if you have a trench full of water the surface of that water is level at both ends, regardless what your gee whiz Laser is telling you.
And better double check anything else that you used that laser on.
Located some underground wires while I was there. Hopefully convinced the same crew, that my location and depth was just a suggestion, not a certainty.
In other words, I accept no responsibility for their actions. Historically, my locator is accurate to less than an inch on both azimuth and depth, but I didn’t tell them that.
I have some parts 3D printing now, should be done in time to go out to lunch.
No firm plans for the afternoon, I’m just happy that I’m not wedding dress shopping with my wife and daughter.

I was in the same boat, all of my 18v tools are Makita (except a Milwaukee fence stapler, which has a 3D printed adapter to use Makita LXT batteries)
When I was looking for a cordless grease gun, Makita didn’t have one yet. DeWalt did, but I wasn’t going there.
I settled on the Milwaukee 12v one, and have since gotten other Milwaukee 12v tools. I’m quite pleased with it, and second Frits’ suggestion for the Lock n Lube.
I actually can’t see any need for a heavier 18v grease gun after using this one for years and several cases of grease.
