Garage painted at last

Well I finally got our garage cleaned out and painted. I'll be using this as a short term workshop while we remodel our rec room. The before picture was taken just after we bought the house and I installed a garage door opener. The drywall was a nightmare. Looked like the prior owner used a 4" brush to cover the seams. Really! Anyway, we are very happy with the end result. Amazing what a little paint can do.

PS: We love the epoxy paint on the floor.

WOW That is looking good... Nice shop

Any advice on floor paint? epoxy or what...either way very nice

Kind of assuming the vehicle will sit outside for awhile...

Thanks guys. Nasty, that is Quickrete epoxy garage floor paint. About $60.00 a gallon but it turned out great. Guys I work with who used it told me to follow the directions. Especially on the activation time. We hate to think of starting to cut and finish the wood for the rec room in here but at least it is done.

Rob, it is the better halves job not to hit the wall. The previous homeowner hit it a few times and then put their winter tires up against the wall. I guess they wanted the Nascar effect of doughnuts.
