The problem I see with them are broken teeth on the gears, in the inj pump..
The broken teeth will lock the control rack either in the shut off position or the wide open throttle position..
Believe me when I tell you,
you really want this to happen in the s/o position.!!

UPDATE:.....Dealer picked up the tractor and took it 2 hours away from where I live. 5 minutes after getting it off the flatbed, the Kioti mechanic had her running.

Turns out there was a fuse blown for the starter solenoid, a bad PTO Switch and two of the hydraulic hoses we switched around.

The previous owner had bypassed the PTO altogether.....*******.....So after a week I got her back in perfect order...Thanks to all who have assisted me with this pain in the ass problem......
