I have this kind of filter. There is no maintenance for it, just replacement, however, my search skills betrayed me again, i cannot find it online.
Where can i find one or maybe just replace with something more conventional?
What do you do TBN gurus?

Dont have a TYM, but... it appears to me that its a paper filler inside the bowl, or is this just a simple sediment bowl with a water bleeder? If its just a sediment bowl, and water bleeder, you would only replace if damaged.

Apparently not. According to this TYM maintenance vid, the part number is 16119513000.

Hmm, thats an "intresting" design choice... Why wouldn't they use a standard can type fuel filter thats screws to the assembly, Or use a removable bowl with a paper element? Seems like they turned a $30 assembly and a $10 filter, into a $80.45 part...

Oh, you found it. I could not even find it online.
Found this one on Amazon. I guess it would be a good alternative.

That's the option people tend to replace that filter you have with, as the OEM is very very expensive. I would just recommend to get a better quality filter for that Amazon one.

Our just bite the bullet and replace it with a Racor sediment bowl filter. Not cheap, but worth it imho. Select 2,10, or 30 micron filters, easy servicing.

That is what I would do, many different manufactures and models to choose from.

The chinesse housing is considerably less expensive then the genuine Racor,
the actual Racor filters are likely to be a better quality filter , in the R12 lineup you can actually get a 2 micron filter element.

Buy once, cry once with the Racor filters. I put a 215r on my tractor with a 2 micron element. The replacement filters can be found a case at a time for $10 each.

They look awfully similar the amazon's one, probably made at the same plant,
I think i'll buy the housing from the amazon but the filter elements from racor.
Actually R12t is a 10 micron filter according to Racor website.
the 2 micron is R12SUL.

Finally got around to install a new fuel filter. I'm sure the old one would serve me for another 500 hours, but me being **** about maintenance wanted to do it now.
I decided to try one from amazon. If i didn't like it, easy to return. Chosen the one with the best reviews even though I'm 99% sure they all are made at the same plant with the genuine Racor, the only difference is the writing.
It looked to be very good quality which confirmed my 99% opinion. Really solid, great machine work and cost only $18 (with 10% coupon).
It is a little larger then the OEM, so I had to change the location and fabricate a new bracket. Took me a little while (about 2 hours including drying time), but now i hope i'm set for life.

Here is the filter: Amazon.com
