Oil & Fuel Fuel cans

Never seen that, mostly referred to as fuel transfer containers.

Every VP or equivalent can made since the government ruined gas cans has a disclaimer that it’s technically not for fuel. That’s how they avoid the regulations.

The product is called #2 home heating oil. It is ultra low sulfur, dyed red, and is the equivalent of #2 diesel fuel. I've used it in all 7 of my Kubota tractors since 1979 with no issues. The temp gets down to -10F here on occasion and even though it's #2, I've never had a problem with it gelling. I filter it twice before filling the tractor and I've never had to replace any tractor fuel filters.

I know others who advise against doing this but it's worked for me for over 40 years.
Then I contend it is not #2 diesel fuel as known here in Missouri. Might be a treated version. Untreated #2 will most definitely gel at 0F degrees. Will start the process at 20F.

I use Flo-Fast too. They work great.

I have one for gasoline and another for diesel.
