My 4310 front axle also depressurizes every time I remove the dipstick, hot or cold. At first, I looked for a plugged vent (those darned mud daubers). Searching revealed no vent, period. Checked the manual, no vent. Fortunately, no leaking seals. 2+yrs 110 hrs Mostly snow removal with FEL.
