Tiller forward or reverse tine tiller??

That looks like a nice piece of equipment.How wide is it and how many HP does it need ? What brand ? Thanks Ed

I don't get that deep with the plow. That looks like a nice way to go, but I only need to break up the compacted soil every once in a while. The plow will not be used again until I move or expand my garden spot, neither of which is likely to happen anytime soon.
