Ford 3910....no fuel at injectors. Please help!

I got mine put back together and it works they arent as scarey to rebuild and quite simple once I figured out exactly how they work

The head has 2 pistons in it that run on rollers off the cam ring if they freeze up and stop moving you will get zero pressure out of the hydraulic head

I found a semi-local company that rebuilds pumps. D&C diesel in Falmouth KY. $485 to rebuild my pump, they also have detailed instructions on their website for removal and installation for specific models. Ill try to tackle removing it this weekend.

Well I got the pump off without too many problems. D&C's instructions sure are handy. Good news is that the head isn't seized. That will save a few bucks on the rebuild. Turn around time should be less than a week. I appreciate the help from everyone and will keep you updated.

The pistons inside the head were seized. D&C blamed it on water and algae in the fuel.

I got my injection pump back and everything put back together last night. I was just about to try cranking it over and I guess I over tightened my glass sediment bowl and busted it. Just my luck! Luckily the local shop had one in stock...
