They might be EK211 and EK212
Dubai to Houston and Houston to Dubai

OR
They might be EK221 and EK220
Dubai to Dallas and Dallas to Dubai

Those are the direct flights, I think.

Dubai to Huston a few minutes ago.

Yep, it is EK212 from Houston to Dubai. I have been stalking, errr, ah, following, them for the last week or so, if I remember to look at the website in time.

The flight is seldom on the same path. I have seen it fly over NC at least three times, one night if flew through western TN and KY, one flight to avoid weather, they flew east, on shore, along the Gulf until going into the Atlantic around Jacksonville, FL, and another weather avoidance path was some big zig zag pattern I think over TN, KY or AR. Two of the three flights over NC look to be pretty close. Course the time it flew over me, it was not really that far from the other two paths. Especially for a jet flying around 700 nmph.😁 Some of the flight were really booking along I assume because they picked up some upper level winds.

It is interesting to follow it and there are only 4-5 A380 in the eastern US at that time that seem to be heading to London, Dubai, and I think I saw one going to Singapore.

I noticed 2 days ago, the drone was back flying back and forth over the Black Sea,
It launched out of the lower end of Italy. Good to see the US was not impressed by Russian pilot idiocy

At this time, circling over Crimea. The other end of the flight path is Chihuahua, MX.

I use Planes Live on my iPhone. Been using it for boredom relief while quarantining with COVID. Saw some Alpha Jets flying around the panhandle of Florida. Does the US use these now or are European Air Forces training in the US? Could they be Ukrainian pilots? I know that Whitley in the panhandle is the second busiest airport in the US counted by landings and takeoffs of military student pilots.

This wasn't on flightradar of course.
Almost directly overhead.

I assume this is a ER-2 because it's white? usually the U-2's I see flying out of nearby Beale are very dark.

I heard and saw two A-10 Warthogs again yesterday playing tag. I looked up in time to see the chaff or flares dropped by the lead plane. As usual they didn’t show up on FlightAware.
