Buying Advice First Tractor advice

Looking to buy a SCUT. Done a decent amount of research and hopped on a couple and took them for a spin. Any advice on the best time to buy/ haggling etc???

Tractor sales slow down in winter, pick up in springtime. Look for deals now.
