First time Forum user almost first time tractor user

Hi, Just moved to SC and purchased a home with 4ac. One cleared the rest woods. The 4 ac area is sloped with a stream on one side. What I think I want is to clear some of the trees on the the backside (some large most small (1ft diameter or less)) remove the dirt to level it and move the dirt from there to the side of the house to reduce the slope. My thought is to purchase a compact tractor 20 to 30 hp with a bushhog, backhoe attachment and loader. All used and under $10K. Kind of a tall order for little money. Any suggestions? Bytheway the last time I was on a farm was in my youth 40+ years ago. I am game for this, just new. Thanks for any help received..
