I also noticed the shortened HD 3pt lift arms. It looks like it is much beefier and keeps it tight to the rear....good for the woods.

The original winch mount wagged pretty bad when I turned. It was not only annoying but it also caused the rear end of machine to shift, and on side slopes that shift made pucker marks in the seat. So, I fabricated my own lift bars with zero wag and as you noticed shorted them up to keep the load closer.

Thanks and welcome to the world of Toolcats.

I looked at your pictures on Photobucket, first Toolcat I've seen with a onboard air compressor .

Like the cup holder too.

What is the story on the electric actuator controlled throttle?

You should start your own Toolcat Pictures thread :D.

Thanks a lot.
I needed air to operate the winch clutch remotely and seem to occasionally run across situations where onboard air is a wonderful convenience so I mounted the VIAir in a safe place and mounted a small tank under the floor board.

As for the 12 volt actuator on the throttle it is also part of the winch control. I purchased a Lodar 12volt remote control system and adapted it to run all the winch functions remotely. I can free the clutch, change from high to low speed, accelerate the engine, and of course spool in or out, all at up to 200' away from the TC.
Here a pic of it:

This pic is the control box (brains), through the rear window it didn't turn out well.

Thank you. The lights are all Rigid Industries, they are not cheap but I have done a lot of off road projects and they are built well. The rear one is branded Polaris but I really think it was also built by Rigid.

Thanks for the information. Also, your pics and description of the air system are really nice. You are a talented fabricator. Best of luck to you.
