Well it's starting dry out here a little and it wasn't a big job but it gave me a chance to try out my new vrisimo flail mower, have some fun (ooooops. I mean work!) in the sun and put a little "jingle" in my pocket. It was still a little too wet for the flail to do a decent job but we got 'er done. Ahhhhhh, mowing season /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Gee...not a very aerodynamic way to mow with that loader in the air... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif Keep it low to get the downdraft on your tail....

Great pics Dirt Hauler. That flail mower is doing the job.

Dirthauler, what size flail did you buy? I use a 5 footer and I know a 6 footer would be no problem with what I cut - usually grass only.

Derek,
Come on down. I've been cutting the "finished" yard twice a week. BTW, and I know this has come up due to the weight of our tractors, I haven't left any tire ruts yet. The Woods RFM cuts even better than my 25hp JD Lawn Tractor.
I bush hogged the back couple of acres for the second time in 6 weeks this past weekend. It really didn't "need" it, but I wanted the seat time /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

It's the 60" with a 10" off-set. It came with "cupped" blades, gonna switch them out for the "industrial" blades that I just got today and try it out on another job tomarrow.
nuttin' like the smell of fresh cut grass /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
