The dealership is 30-miles/45-minutes away. Yes, sometimes "the squeaky wheel gets the grease", but it can also piss them off if overdone; tough to know exactly where that line is.

Good point. But I'd also be pissed if I had a hole in my block. Might need to at least get toe on the line
