Fender extensions

We had a thread about fender extensions. I want some for my 2520 as I am tired of slush kicking up on me as I move the tractor between my properties to maintain the driveways during what here in Michigan we call "snow events". Suggestions? Price? Thanks...

I just put some on my 2320, they are from John deere, they are simple to put on, you just need a pop rivet gun and a little time. they do extend the fenders a little bit to help with those snow events you get in michigan. We also have these snow events in Caribou, Maine....we had 200 inches of snow last season. I think I paid about $135.00 this summer. And did I mention they do look nice!

I thought about them for my unit, but finally put them on the shelf with the overhead pipe. I might get them in the future. Front and back versions - So i can look like a formula 1 racer Farm style!

I installed the fender extensions this week. Very simple. JD even supplies the needed pop rivets. I did add a 1/4" stainless steel washer to provide a little more 'bearing surface' at the rivet / fender plastic point of insertion. These extensions worked as I had hoped, keeping the slop off of me as I move the tractor betrween locations on slushy roadways. I WILL be devising something to function as mudflaps for the front tires, likely using the loader frame holes as the support points for front "fenders", that will be EZ on / off.
