I picked up a FAE UML/SSL 125 2006 model the other day.
Come to find out it has a fixed displacement motor instead of a variable displacement.
Has anyone seen any info on converting from fixed to variable displacement on this particular mulcher or similar?
I'm getting a good bit of bogging in heavier cuts and would love to have that variable displacement torque when I get into heavy stuff!
I've got a Rexroth AA2FM63 /61W (63cc) currently on the machine, I'd like to replace it with a variable motor but I'm not sure what displacement to go for.
If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
