Interesting. I'm now precisely at week 7 of the estimated 4+ week wait for a 55" Wicked Grapple. (ordered on March 22)

Already have the WR Long 3rd function kit installed on my JD 2038R. Expecting shipment of the grapple any day now. Have a bunch of grapple projects waiting!

EA has certainly been busy lately. Evidently just a tad overloaded . . .

:confused3:

bout to drive me to :drink:

I hear ya. April 13th here. My estimate on my order was 6 weeks. So should be like 2 more but thats why I asked if they were on schedule or what.

I can't say if Im going to be over estimate like you are or not right now. Wondering that myself. Just missed a big chance to use it with a trio of Bradford Pear trees coming out and one large maple was why I got to thinking about it yesterday when I got the removal quote. I could have saved some money moving the brush myself but when I looked at my order date and did the math it appeared too far out. I just went ahead and paid them to chip them all. Couldn't deal with the mess for two ... or, as we know could be, even MORE... weeks.

And as you, I too already have my W R Long installed and waiting. Proper quick connects confirmed and ordered. It should plug and play.

Patiently waiting. Hope yours gets theres soon! Let us know.

Well, I just placed an order with them for a tooth bar earlier today. I hope it doesn't take that long to receive that.

You will be very happy with your WR Long third function. I’m on my third one now and installed on both tractors, 55 HP and 96 HP. I had same on previous 46 hp tractor.

When you get your grapple, you might have to reverse connectors on the grapple. I’ve found that having lid open, when depressing top side of toggle switch and close when depressing bottom side of toggle switch, becomes muscle memory very quickly.

Good luck.

You think you are sad? I just got my Wicked 60 ordered the end of April. Didn't realize their popularity would skyrocket so. Guess that's what happens with great products and personal service.

Yea, guys. This is the most incredible run we've ever had. Currently, there are over 100 people waiting for just the Wicked 55.

cphillip, on average, we've been around a week further behind than estimated, so, for the past week or so, we've been saying 7+ weeks with more emphasis on the possible +.
Yours was earlier, so hopefully it will not be that bad.

ralphtt, It looks like yours is the second oldest, so I'll TRY to get it out today or Monday. Thanks for the patience.

Olddoak, toothbars usually go out in a couple of weeks, so you can rest easy!

THANK YOU so much for the business and support, guys. It's a wild ride at EA right now and we'll do everything possible to deliver the goods without TOO much delay!

Looks good from here, Travis. FedEx terminal is about five miles from my home. Looking forward to picking this one up!

It sounds like you have the same setup that I ordered for my CK2610. I ordered April 23rd, so hopefully I'm right behind ya...

I have a question about your WR Long kit. I got mine installed right away, it was a piece of cake.
BUT I do not care for the bracket that mounts the couplings to the loader cross member. It's kind of long and obstructs the grille guard when you try to lower it (to raise the hood).

Is yours the same way? I was starting to think maybe I got the wrong bracket or something. I got some angle aluminum stock, I was just going to fab up a different bracket.

Also, you mention getting the "proper quick-connects" Do I need couplers other than the ones that come in the WR Long kit and/or the grapple?

I thought this info might be on the website but I can not find it. I am looking for the length of your "Everything Attachments 72 Inch XTreme Duty Brush Cutter" from 3 point to tail wheel.

This is for trailer ramp modification. I know I need to lengthen my ramps right now and that is just for a tiller.

I haven't loaded with my 5' bush hog on my tractor yet with my new to me goose neck, but am planning to purchase a 6' from you guys in the near future. So I want to go ahead and make the ramps long enough now.

What does the length of the ramps have to do whether or not you can fit the bush hog and tractor on your gooseneck?

I’m not trying to be smart, it’s a serious question.

It measures right at 100 inches with the tailwheel tucked forward(like, if you were backing up). With it pointed back, about 108.

As to question one, I do not know if we are the same. I had my dealer do mine and he has expressed to me that they've done so many that they customize a few things from the normal kit for the Kioti's. I do not know what they might change nor how. First one Ive seen up close. Im not sure that part is one of them but I do know mine does not conflict with the grill guard so maybe not. Best thing I can do is try and find a picture of mine (or take one) so you can compare. But I would have to say that mine looks pretty standard as far as that part of the install location.

By "proper quick connects" I mean that I had EA take a look at my quick connects (sent them a picture and markings on the connectors) and make sure they knew what I had so that they could put proper ones on the Grapple to compliment the ones that W R Long had sent in the kit to match in both size and type. There are a couple different sizes that come with those kits. I wanted to be certain they matched.

Here are some pictures....

I’m not trying to be smart, it’s a serious question.

The problem is the entry angle. I want to back it on sometimes depending on what I am hauling with me I may drop an implement up front and retrieve another implement and drive forward up ramp. and a few other scenarios mainly dealing with trailer balancing.

I found a deal on a gooseneck that I have been wanting but the ramp set up, although they are substantial for weight, are not long enough to prevent dragging even the shortest of implements.

My rear deck height is 30" and I have 5' ramps. So I am going to figure out what my entry angle is so that I can find what length I need to make my new ramps without it dragging the ramp (back loading) or the ground (front loading) if I am travelling up the ramp.
