It's possible that being spring/ early summer they are just too busy to work out all the details. I would expect to hear more about this in the fall or early winter.
I made a video of the tractor/grapple in action.
Gooder-un!
Roger,
A thing you might try when you have a lot of brush or limbs to move is to make large piles, maybe 2 or 3 times the size that you think the grapple could ever get its jaws around. Then, instead of just clamping down on a big bite, or compressing straight down on the pile before the bite, try rolling the whole pile forward, or backward, or both, while keeping a little down pressure on the pile. This rolls the oversized pile up tightly, breaking the side limbs that keep it fluffy. End result is you get most or all of that large pile in one trip, and a bonus of more limbs into each truckload, if you're hauling it.
Sorry of you already knew that and were just prolonging your entertainment!
John

Looks good Roger! I'm assuming that life is better with a grapple.

ETA 50" Single Lid Wicked Grapple
We just made it available online. We don't have any pics available yet and the write-up needs tweaking but it's a start. I did already sell a couple last week!
Last week, I started a TBN thread on the new Wicked Grapple.
Yep, that's exactly what I meant!! Corrected.:thumbsup:By tweaking I suppose you mean changing "bucket" to "grapple".
From the Website:
Everything Attachments Single Lid Compact Utility Wicked Root Grapple
The 50" root grapple weighs less than 300 lbs. and has a single lid. Compact tractors up to 35 HP will benefit from this grapple and have the ability to use most of their lift capacity for material instead of a large heavy bucket. The weight of the bucket can be lowered further by removing the standard slats.
It looks like a gooder-un!
Value, at least to me, means "value for money" which is one of our top priorities. That might work in the consumer market, but when people are using equipment to make a living, value for money becomes top priority instead of quality and value...![]()
