Engine over heating

My JD650 started overheating. While running there was bubbling in the overflow tank, which I believe to be a head gasket problem. Before I get ahead of myself. Does anyone know what the torque specs/sequence and gaps distance for replacing the cylinder head. If there is a service manual is out it would be a great help. Thanks.

bubling in the overflow tank is not going to indicate anything other than overheating. Make sure you are not low on coolant and ensure that the radiator and the screen in front of it are clear so air can freely pass threw to keep it cool. If it still heats up then replace the thermostat Most times an overheat is something simple and is easy to fix

Could be a bad hose too, so check that out.
Don't pull the head unless absolutely necessary!

Hoses, thermostat, and water pump were replaced when I first noticed the overheating.

Sorry Roy, I already pulled head, the gasket was shot in a couple of places. Cylinder head has been machined and is ready for re-install.

Now another question; I had to remove the fuel injectors, for the machine shop to work on the head. Is there anything special, I need to do to in order to reattach them to the cylinder head?

Update...jd650 put back together them the starter would not fire. Tried cross jump it and it cranked up after a couple of turns to prime the fuel lines/injectors. Tractor ran fine for about 15-20 minutes then just quit. Checked line again for fuel (prime) and noticed water mixed with fuel.
