Electrical drawing

Building a combination car & tractor garage. Need to present to the township electrical drawing of where lights, recepticals, switches, etc. is going to go. Is there any free software for electrical drawings/symbols like SketchUp is for building?

I don't know if sketchup has a symbol library or not, but you should be able to come up with a drawing in 15 minutes or less with a pencil.

3-D Home Achitect is a program that will do the electical drawing, but you have to buy it. I use it all the time to convert customer pencil drawings into usable prints.
